"Mounting of the devil? The blu - ray will have technical details?

Just watched the first half of last night.  Although it is a doc marvelously involving, what got me knock out is all the Visual trickery.  I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. The blu - ray comes out in November. There will be stuff in it?  He talks about it anywhere?

If it's really good, my guess is that an article about this will be forthcoming in the post Magazine.

  • Windows Media Center will not be updated to allow the Blu Ray

    Hello

I have an Acer laptop that supports Blu Ray disc, but when I go to play with Windows Media Center there is a pop up that says that "an essential element must be updated", but whenever I click "update", it tells me that my internet connection is not working it may not update. I checked and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection and library still refuses to update. Is there a way to force it to update? Or another program that will support the Blu Ray?
    Thank you
    Kerryn
There is no native support in Windows for the Blu - Ray, including Media Center. You
need a third-party Blu Ray player. What Blue Ray software supplied with your

  • Windows Media Player cannot play the blu - ray files

I have a Blu - ray player in my laptop, so why can't windows media player play? and what can I do so that it will be?

    1. My first answer is the Google search for Blu - Ray Codecs
    2. My second answer is Google looking for a program to play the Blu - Ray (some are free, some are paid

I do not think that caught WMP supported by Blu - Ray, but Apple's iTunes, and its free to download for PC and Mac, but on PC it is a Devourer of real resources (RAM and processor). Now I don't know if this program works for Blu - Ray, but Media Player Classic home cinema SurgeForge (and not by Microsoft) plays most formats as long as the K-lite codec pack is installed. Both k - lite and media player classic home cinema (and not by Microsoft) are free to download and and findable by searching on Google.

Good luck in getting your Blu-Rays to play, at the moment I am looking at myself if my PC will play Blu-Rays at all.

There were not any software who carried on this laptop, so I don't know if she had, originally, and if it would work as does my drive recovery for my old HP Pavilion laptop using Vista.

Contact HP and see what combination of keys at startup it probably gets to the factory defects.

Restore the PC to its original state with the HP Recovery Manager if Windows Vista is not accessible

If the computer does not start in Windows, it may still be possible to use the HP recovery disk to restore the computer to its original state. The Recovery Manager can be started during the boot process by following the steps below.
    1. Press on the button / stop to start the computer and press f11 when the standard BIOS guests appear on the black screen.
NOTE: by pressing the f11 key during startup on a computer with an image factory HP will start the system recovery process, even if the message is not displayed.

      • If the HP Recovery Manager can access the recovery on the hard drive partition, you receive a to back up user files before you start the recovery prompt. Follow the instructions.
      • If the HP Recovery Manager cannot access the hard disk to resolve system errors, you need to use the recovery disk custom that you created to recover the hard disk to its original state.
      • If you have not created the custom recovery disk, or disks are damaged, you can order a replacement of HP recovery CD.

    2. When the Recovery Manager starts, follow the instructions of recovery step by step , shown above.
Solve a common problem of recovery.
If the original operating system is changed to a non - Vista OS, the Recovery Manager cannot be launched either office or by pressing f11 at startup. You can use the recovery disk to restore the computer to the original state of Vista. If you are using a non - Vista OS, you can use a third-party partition management program to recover hard disk space.

Or try to order a new recovery discs...

    Maybe this article:
    http://www.ZDNet.com/blog/Bott/lost-your-Windows-discs-how-to-get-replacement-media-legally/4320

HP has a simple recovery process, and its policy to provide filtering alternatives is well integrated in its support pages.

I went through the process of replacing for a two-year-old HP Pavilion Elite m9600t. This system was built in the summer 2009, before Windows 7 shipped. As a result, my only option was to support Windows Vista 64-bit. For first class mail, HP shipping or taxes added up to $15.80. (I might have updated 2-day or night FedEx delivery for another $6 or $12, respectively.)

From this page: HP and Compaq Desktop PC: looking for recovery discs?

There step by step instructions to create a recovery disc for Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP. Also, it offers the possibility to order replacement disks, but warns that these discs may only be available for a limited time:

If you are unable to create a set of recovery discs, you may be able to order a set of replacement of HP HP discs. maintains an inventory of recovery disks of replacement several years after the product was released. However, due to licensing restrictions, HP is able to provide these recovery disc for a limited time. If the computer is several years after its warranty period, HP isn't maybe able to provide replacement for your computer disks.

I tried with a model of 2008 HP (long out of warranty) and was able to locate filtering alternatives.

The process of media control was a little confused. The key is to start with the appropriate model number, then click on software and driver downloads, as shown here:

On the next page, you are prompted to select an operating system. The support link to recovery in the results list is available only if you select the version of Windows that your computer initially comes with. If you do not see a section "Recovery media", HP suggest "to ensure that you are on the right model number page and select another operating system." It worked for me.

Interestingly, the last section on the page is titled "finding of the recovery disks from other Web sites. It contains a warning at the top in bold: try all other options in the paper support before attempting to order recovery disks at outside HP.

If HP is further providing the recovery disc for your computer model and is no longer possible to create a recovery disk, you may be able to find a solution outside of HP.

Popular online auction sites and providers of computer parts may have a part in stock original recovery disk. However, be cautious and aware of the risks when buying from a source outside of HP recovery disks. Beware of sites that offer recovery solutions when they are not affiliated with HP.

Even if HP could not have a recovery disc available for purchase of value, search the part HP command Web site to find recovery kit part number that corresponds to your computer. Once you find the part number of the recovery disc, use the number in your search for best results.

It's actually good advice. If you can find a part number, you may be able to find records of replacement from a legitimate outside vendor that specializes in parts for the models of the manufacturer of your PC.

  • How can I get the speakers to play from the Blue-ray/DVD instead of the TV home theater system?

My wife and I just bought a Sony Bravia TV and Blue-ray Disc/DVD Home Theatre system. We hung the blue-ray to TV using the HDMI cable and hung stakeholders for the theater House for blue-ray, but the audio single system who will play is TV. I can't get the home theater system speakers to work. How can I make them work?

    Hello Eric,

Alternatively, you can follow the link below to listen to the sound of television through the speakers of the Home Theater System (HTS).

  • Confused on the project settings for the Blu - Ray?

Worked w\Encore (5.1) a lot of time as the DVD, but this is my first w\BR try so I want to make sure I get this right (thanks in advance for the help!).

The project has a static image (1920 x 1080) and then several animate button video HD which will take you to a video loop "intro" at 1920 x 1080. On this video track, I have a pop-up menu (1920 x 1080 I guess?) which will allow you to select other videos.

    My questions;

Static & pop - up menu is correct?

The intro videos are 1920 x 1080 so no problem there, but the rest of the videos of the project (link to context menus) is all in SD (720 x 480 29.97) until the 'final project defining' should be?

Thus, away from it all seems logical for me until I have to project default settings, they list it as the Blu - Ray (H.264), 1920 x 1080 & 29.97 FPS?

I did a quick test of the only menu & intro videos and it converted the static menu in 1920 x 1080 29.97 but it takes 23.976?

I imported a few SD videos say "do not transcode" according to BR.

Still using the project settings for the menus and slideshows. So if you want a 23.976, then when you create a project, you can choose the frequency of images such as 23.976 in the drop-down menu in the default conversion settings.

As far as video is concerned, if still says not to transcode, then he will write them to disk as it is and yet also creates a calendar based on the properties of the assets. If the dimensions of the asset are legal, then the dimensions of the chronology would be identical to that of the assets.

  • Impossible to get to define the area of Netflix to improve access of the blu - ray

I am running Firefox 12. I agree with Netflix and can get into netflix.com and my account, and I use Firefox to add the DVD to my queue and change the settings in Netflix. But now I want to update to DVD to the blu - ray format, but cannot.

In settings of Netflix, there is a link to do it online. When I use my computer to work with Internet Explorer, I know that I can use this link because I tried it, and it takes me to a screen to choose to add blu - ray access. Today, I can not get to this screen on my computer at home with Firefox.

I use the free version of avast antivirus software, which is pretty basic and has never prevented me from doing something like that.

  • What is the "network error occurred" on the blu ray

What is "network error has occurred", when you try to open Netflix and other applications

I was also getting the problem of "a network error occurred" on my BDP-S590.

I have read many solutions complicated this same question in this and other threads. And so I tried the very complicated (manually setting IP and DNS) proposed solutions without success.

I went to http://esupport.sony.com and used the chat feature. "Levy" was good enbough to do this VERY simple solution:

    1. turn off the Blu Ray player

    2. unplug the power cord of the player blu - ray of the socket.

3 plug the power cord into the power outlet.

    4. turn on the blu - ray player.

    5. check if the problem is resolved. (It was for me).

    Hope that helps...!
