. MOV in CC files: the file has no Audio or Video Streams

I've recently updated the Prime Minister to CC, since I questions auditing all .mov files.

The specific ones Im trying for my current project is exports of EI, visited .mov without loss of animation, worked well in CS6, will play in quicktime and other generic company but still get the message of that the queue has no Audio or Video Streams trying to import them into a project.

QuickTime is updated so I do not understand why him will not play, is this a bug CC?

I will return to cs6 on my another computer they open very well...

I've seen a few topics on this zero with a resolution and in addition to those from where the cam is an export of EI, anyone able to help it prevent me from work atm...

Troy

  • The file has no audio or video stream

Before asking this question, I did a quick search and found out that someone else has already reported that this problem and cause seem to be the lack of Quicktime player when you import mov files.  In my case, I have on my PC, and as a matter of fact, the export worked perfectly with these mov in my sequence front of quicktime.

Today when I opened my project, these * files mov became offline.  And when I tried to Link Media, he gave me not wander from audio or video stream.  What is wrong with him?  I did nothing of PP since the last time where everything was perfect.

Never mind.  I just thought of it myself.  I installed the kkkkk emulator on my PC that apparently confused the system.  After uninstalling it, PP works well again.

  • Image Windows Movie Maker first and second of the published video freezes and fourth framework has no audio or video

    Windows Movie Maker gel

I recorded images with a dazzle capture card.

I converted these images of vob to wmv.

I edited this movie using windows movie maker. The preview of the table of Storyboard works perfectly.

    After having been published,

The first clip freezes at a certain range.

The second does the same thing.

    The third is perfect.

The fourth has no audio or video.

    What is the problem here?

I recorded the images of my xbox to my dazzle card capture to dvd writer.

Each element has been converted at the same time this format .vob with http://convertvobtoavi.com/ (download)

Turn on clips, although even one minute 4 clips seem to freeze at a particular frame after the publication.

It seems that changing the file extension to instead of converting has solved the problem.

  • MTS Canon file has no audio first

I have a Canon VIXIA HF G30 camcorder that I shot the video on yesterday.  I just downloaded the camera using the utility software to import data of Canon.  Then, I go to Premiere Pro CC 2014 and import the clip.  There is no sound if I play the source window or if I add to the timeline and try to play from the sequence.  If I play the file using the video player by default in windows, which is Cyberlink PowerDVD, there is no audio either.  However, Windows Media Player plays great video with audio.

How can I fix it.  I hope that people will not tell me that I need to buy some sort of conversion software.  I ran some updates, so I don't know what else to do.

Help, please!  I need this video as soon as POSSIBLE.

FYI, if anyone else has this problem... while I had Adobe Enterprise connected to my computer tech trying different things, I continued my research and found this thread.  CC 2014.  Now the AVCHD files have no audio.

I suggested that he try, and although it disconnected and disabled by using a different method (I wanted to steal the control mouse back and just try the easy way, but whatever...), it worked!  I hope that all tech Adobe updates their notes for that matter.  If I have not found this thread, I'm sure he would have given up, or has me on a week longer while they understand, or I would have broken my laptop now.

    Hi UCAgrad,

    A few things to try:

    • Choose Help > Sign Out, restart Premiere Pro, select help > Sign In. It allows to activate the application.
    • Also, some users have had success using Adobe Cleaner and then reinstalling Premiere Pro (on Mac).
    • Another user (Windows) managed by the OS reinstallation, and Premiere Pro.

    Thank you

  • At the same time, moving audio and video to another layer

I have all my files audio and video, linked between them on my calendar, so they slide left and right together, but if I try, say, drag a video clip up to V2 V1 layer the audio remains on A1 (even if it remained linked to the extent where your stay directly on the video clip and do not get synchronized). Is there a way to move audio and video of a clip to the same layer numbered in one step, rather than to move them separately?

Don't let the mouse and the SHIFT when moving the audio part that is.

The camcorder has HDMI and A / V output connections. Depending on your computer, you can connect the camcorder to a HDMI IN and A / V in port. Once connected, you can start streaming using the appropriate software. Please see the manual for more information on the available ports, you can use your computer operating.

Please note that USB streaming is not supported by this unit.

  • How can I fix avi files importing as audio only?

I'm experimenting Premiere Pro, am new for her and for video editing and not a techie. Unfortunately, I do not know the source of the camera to the original files but it's Sony and a HD. The files came as an .avi extension. They opened with Windows Media - I tried a suggestion in the forums to open with Quicktime, but same problem. I also changed the file at the same time .move and .mpeg extension (I think that was the suggestion) and got "could not open the file due to an error header '.

    I also tried the recommendation I've seen several times on upload the ffmpeg.exe and create a bat file {' error is "the file has no audio or video stream").}

I also downloaded the pac k - lite codec.

I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit operating system. The Codec for the video is H264. I have several files, however, the mediainfo on a typical is below.

Hope you can help as I have a date a customer Tuesday deadline. I see that many people have had frustrations with importing files in Premiere Pro, but I'm just a beginner and open to resolve this, even if not a techie. I don't really have any idea what I'm doing, please be patient with me!

If there had been no conversion of the original material - which I doubt - then rename AVI MTS can operate, it's at least test. That still leaves you without all the metadata, but it might be better than nothing.

If the original material has been transformed, and it is likely, then you have to Google for a converter that takes one editable format. Always your best bet is to ask the shooter (M/F) to send you the original files on a data DVD / USB stick or external drive.

  • The rendering of required Audio files madness!

I have searched this problems and have seen many others with him, but not solutions. Adobe?

I have a related video track and five audio tracks with track volume keyframes base.  The linked Audio and video track are all MOV (ProRes codec) files and all audio files are WAV files.  When I try to make something, she wants to "Make Audio files required" for EVERY SINGLE TRACK in the project, even if I only went a second clip 10. This process goes on for hours because the project has 8 hours of video and audio. I have 8 projects like this and all do the same thing.  HOW ON EARTH am I supposed to get anything done if I have to wait 2-3 hours each time I want to make a short clip!  I've never seen this issue in first before so I don't know why it's happening. It seems to have appeared in CC.  More importantly, I am under a VERY tight and should make nearly 80 hours of video output and I need to find a solution for this ASAP.   Phone support personal Adobe must be some of the most incompetent and useless people that I never dealt with professionally, I send you my call here.  Willing to pay to get this resolved if necessary.  Also having problems with the audio from some securities renders is not out for no apparent reason.  According to me, it's also another question people have, but not Adobe solutions on either.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    See you soon,.

For the benefit of anyone else who runs into this problem, I was finally able to get resolution on this. I'll spare you the details of how this process was frustrating, but it's fixed now.

In our case, our audio clips were 96000 Hz, however, sequence settings were at 48000 Hz. Whenever we tried to export it was forcing audio to be first sous-échantillonnées.  Once the sequence parameters have been set at 96000, made the audio stopped and immediately exported.  A month of frustration fixed in 10 minutes by a level 2 tech support company who actually knew what they were doing and were quite knowledgeble. Which is more than I can say for al of their other technicians.

  • Movie Maker plays audio / video in the preview window, no audio on the table of storyboard / timeline

Never had this problem before - I have downloaded the clip from digital camera to PC, then imported into Movie Maker.  He plays in the screen preview with audio and video, but when I add it to the editing view or the storyboard table, there is no audio despite the visibly populated audio track.  Volume settings show no inhibition and no adjustment of the volume level will bring the sound up. A lot of gel on, too.

    Something to try...

In Movie Maker... try to go to... Tools / Options / compatibility... tab and uncheck all filters / OK.

If no improvement... go to... Tools / Options / Compatibility tab... left click on the "All default settings" button / OK.

If this does not work... it may be worth trying to convert the video clip of the. Before importing WMV format.

  • Unlink the Audio and video in gray in the first 13 items (Windows 8.1) [new user]

I posted (or at least I thought the post worked) this Mar.27th question, but I can not find it or that the answers I have gotten so if anyone knows his comings and goings, I would appreciate you tell me how to see while I have 2 threads running for the same question. My question is: why is the ability to separate audio and video tracks greyed when I am trying to replace the part of an audio clip (without ruining the synchronization between audio and video existing). I work with a saved file "projectX.prel". I noticed when I opened a new project that the option to break the LINK is active. This seems contrary logic is to say action to break the link would be more likely to be needed when you are working on an existing file as opposed to when you are working on a new file? How can we separate the 2 components (audio & video) so I can just edit the audio clip without the work of procedure to break the LINK? Would appreciate any help anyone can offer with the foregoing. Thank you.

First broadcast 13 elements 8.1 on windows 64-bit. Have you updated to the 13 to 13.1 yet? If this isn't the case, please do so using Help Menu/updates to date of an open project.

    But for the immediate question...

I don't see any sign of a previous post you so I'm not sure what happened to your prior shipment.

When you import a file that contains the video and audio, they come into Premiere Elements project related - party video presenting the

Video of track 1 and the audio portion on the Audio 1 track.

If you want to unlink the audio of the video

    a. Select/highlight the chronology of the record and go to video Menu/unlink Audio and video and click it. It does not work.

    or

    b. right click on the file of chronology, and in the drop-down menu, find and click on remove the Audio and video link.

    or

    c. hold down the ALT of the main keyboard to the computer and click drag the audio from the video.

Please consult the bulletin and review, and then let us know the result.

If any questions or need any clarification, do not hesitate to ask.
