  Unfortunately, this is not possible. Apple only supports the display mode of the target if you want to use your iMac as external to display for an another Mini DisplayPort or Mac of Thunderbolt.

  Also, note that you would be able to plug a laptop with Mini DisplayPort connector, or Thunderbolt, and two of them are very strange connectors on non-Apple computers.

  I have TWO laptops that have developed the same so-called 'fault' which, according to microsoft is a mistake of the laptop I read of another user on this forum to have the same problem. Both my laptop suddenly develop these flaws strangely the same day... come on!... It's since a update of Microsoft, why are not you be open by saying that you screwed up!   Two totally different laptops wrong all of a sudden the same day!

  I have to rely on cold to get my screens to appear again, as this column also includes out of sleep mode.  I guess that another 'corrected' update is on its way!

  (2) remember the last update you did prior to this problem?
  (3) remember you to make changes to the front of the computer, the problem (apart from Windows update)?

  I recommend you to update the display drivers and see if it makes a difference. You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.
   
  1. open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking on system and
  Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator
  password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  2. in Device Manager, find the device, and then double-click the name of the graphicsdevice.
  3. click on the tab driver , then click put to update driver and follow the instructions.

  Is microsoft running a promotion, or is it a scam?

  It's FAKE and SCAM for sure. Right click on that email and mark it as Spam or Junk.

  If I understand you correctly, you want to transfer photos from your OneDrive account for a Web site. I would certainly help allows you to move the files.

  Unfortunately, there is no direct way to transfer the photos to a different Web site. I suggest to download these images on OneDrive account and upload them to your Web site.

  However, if you have problems with uploading your photos of OneDrive, you can refer to the procedure described by Dan T replied on 21 December 2013 in the following thread:

  Copy the library from the internal drive to the external drive. You can then open the library on the external hard drive by double clicking it and check, if the copy does not work.

  Photos has no tools to merge libraries. You can use both libraries alternating, or export the photos of a library and import them into the other library.

  Or use the application PowerPhotos to merge the two libraries move photos from one library to another.

  You will need the full version and paid f PowerPhotos to do.

  Yes, if you want to free up your internal disk storage moving two libraries of the iPhoto library you have migrated your external drive and the new library of Photos.

  The two libraries share the storage for the original images and previews.  As long as one of the libraries is always on the internal disk and using storage, storage is not released: see: Photos saves disk space to share images with your iPhoto or Aperture - Apple Support libraries

  Drag the two libraries to your external drive, then double click the pictures library to open it in photos and test it. Once you are convinced that the copied library works well, you can delete the original in the internal drive.  Do the same for the copied iPhoto Library if you have installed iPhoto.
