  Flash player worked fine, until I installed Real Player. Now, animations Flash will not play when I am logged in as a nonadministrator user. It works fine when logged in as administrator, but when I login, then log in as user, no flash animation doesn't load in Internet Explorer. I ran the installation for Firefox and animations fine load (admin and user) manual. But IE seems to have serious problems.
  
  I tried the trick of SubInACL and it solves nothing.

  Foo - ey... it worked after uninstalling Real Player. No idea how I could have Real Player AND Flash Player?

  BTW: The subject "movie not loaded...". "is the message I kept getting when I right click on a white Flash object.

• iTunes app does not load movie page

  This behavior started recently.  Every day I open the iTunes on my iPad app 4th gen (running iOS 9.3.2) and tap the icon of movies down to check what movie is on sale (for the promotion of July).  Usually, it does not load.  It sits right there spinning and say "Loading"... ».  I waited 5 minutes and it does not load.

  All other updated pages at the point.  If I let the music before page load I loss of movies and then hit movies, it just displays the page of the music with a black background instead of a white one.

  My current 9.3.2 iPhone has the same problem.  Yes, I killed the iTunes apps and restarted the devices without a bit of luck.

  Any ideas?

  On both devices, try settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out > sign.

• Firefox does not load pages unless moves the mouse or keyboard is pressed

  I saw this problem listed several times before this post, but none of the solutions have helped me.

  I am using Firefox for ages and the latest 3 updates or so were expose this problem. When I try to load a website, Firefox will start to takes me to the page and then hang. The circle in the tab will stop moving and it will stay there until I move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard. As long as the mouse moves permanently or the keyboard keys are pressed, the page will load very well. The same thing happens with YouTube. The video starts and then freeze unless the keyboard/mouse is moved. Firefox also has this problem when I try to download a file from a Web site. The download starts and then hang on until I move the mouse or press a button, then it will continue for a few seconds and hang on again until I repeat the movement of the mouse or press the keyboard button.

  So far, I tried to update Firefox, Java and Flash; Starting Firefox in Safe Mode; uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox: do a complete uninstall and reinstall of Firefox with removing profile and creation. I ran ad next and malware detection with no infection found tools: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SuperAntispyware, and AdwCleaner scan Microsoft security, Windows Defender, Spybot Search & Destroy, utility Kasperky free Security Scan and Anti-rootkit TDSSKiller.

  The only thing I tried that 'seemed' to work was from Windows Mode safe mode with networking and run Firefox there. I was able to watch YouTube videos without freezing and websites seem to load properly. Of course, I can't run in Mode safe all the time.

  I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like when Firefox crashes on Google News. Note that the images in part loading, but a good number of them is waiting or not loaded.

  I hope someone can help me, because I like Firefox and I wouldn't switch to Chrome or (shudder) IE.

  I spent over 5 hours in computer shares with AVG. They said your server messed up my email account. I can access my email account, but the line that reads "delete, move, not spam, more' loads ever... so I can't delete the email or anything else. My email account is to verizon yahoo. I need access to my email for various reasons, one of them being pay several bills online and my email account is where to get confirmation that the payment has gone through! My email works through IE, however. I don't want to use IE to see my email... I use Firefox for everything and it would be a pain in the end to have to switch to IE to access my mail. Not to mention, I hate IE - it's like using WEBTV! It's so slow... [address removed by email, please do not provide sensitive information in a public forum] is my email...

  So Safe Mode made no difference?

  To test how Firefox works no 'custom' on your system, could you experience in two minutes?

  Create a new Firefox profile

  A new profile will be your plugins installed by system (for example, Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions or other customizations. It should also have databases of completely fresh settings and cool a cache folder.

  Out of Firefox and start in profile to help Manager start > run:

  firefox.exe -P
  

  Do not delete anything here.

  Any time want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog box.

  Click on the button to create a profile, assign a name like TEST and skip the option to choose a different folder location. Then launch Firefox in the new profile that you have created.

  Yahoo does not improve in the new profile?

  When you return to the Profile Manager, you might be tempted to use the button Delete a profile on TEST. It's a little too easy to accidentally delete your 'real' profile, so I recommend you to resist the temptation. If you don't want to clean up later, I suggest to make a backup of all your profiles first in case something go wrong.

As I obviously had no idea what I was doing, I just said yes to everything that was recommended. I don't know for the life of me exactly what files were etc however, it seems Director impact because now it does not load the project files.

  It's such an embarrassment because I don't know what is happening and really need this problem as soon as POSSIBLE. Any help would be appreciated.

  Might be interesting to try to open Movie Maker and go to... Tools /.
  Options / compatibility... tab and uncheck all filters.

  If you still have questions... do a Safe Mode system restore
  at a time before installing the codec pack could be useful.

  Try to restore Photoshop preferences to default.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

• Dreamweaver CS6 does not load on Win 8.1.

  I installed subsequently CS6 Web on a machine to earn 8.1. Dreamweaver does not load. I get the message "Unable to locate the resource file in the Configuration folder."   It almost looks like a permissions problem, the user account that you have installed under has full administrator rights?

• iMovie does not load...

  iMovie 10.1.1 gets stuck and does not load.  I have to force it to quit.  It seems trying to load an old movie I don't want to change.  How can I prevent this from happening so he could load with a clean slate?

• At the start of what Firefox says "could not load XPCOM.

  My desktop is running Windows 8, which recently crashed. Since then, whenever I start, 17.1 Firefox (which is in the folder startuo) does not load, but shows an error window saying (unable to load XPCOM). Rejecting the window then allows me to start Firefox myself. I uninstalled Firefox (but not personal stuff), downloaded a new copy of Firefox 17.1 and re-installed... same thing happens.

  Just to clarify... This only happens only once, after the initial start of the desktop computer. I close the error window and everything is fine after that.

  I now put Firefox in my 8 and restarted Windows startup folder.
  All right, Firefox (or Thunderbird) starts as it is supposed to and there is no sign of an XPCOM related error message!
  So... I have to assume that the problem was (somehow) caused by crash my Windows 8 and that (somehow), remove the Win 8 of Firefox startup folder, restart, then put Firefox in the startup folder, and then restart, has put things back where they used to be. A little strange, but I hope that the above may be useful to someone else with a similar problem in the future.

• URL clicked in other programs will not load in Firefox

  Only in the last weeks of 1-3 (?) or so, I find that I can not click on links in other programs and have load URL in Firefox, which is my default browser. They always used to load perfectly and move me to the new tab in FF, but now they do not have.

  At first I tried to disable some recent FF modules one at a time to see if one of them could have been the problem, but that does not resolve, even though I may have missed one. Yet, I can't imagine how an independent add-on could cause URLs do not load from other programs. I tried to load the URL by clicking on it in Thunderbird, WordPad, MailWasher Pro and free agency, but each of them either just trembled at the screen for a moment and then stopped, or gave me a message such as 'WordPad could not open the URL' or ' there was a problem sending a command to the program "(free agency). However, when I copy and paste these URLS even in FF and press ENTER, these sites load perfectly.

  I may be wrong in the present, but it seems that something has changed in the FF that now prevents the links clicked in other programs from loading. My only other thought at the moment, it's that this peut eventually began all the time I upgraded from FF 10.0.2 to FF 11.0.1, but I have no evidence to support this theory.

  It's really an annoying problem and embarrassing, so any help to solve it will be much appreciated!

  The problem is solved now, as a result of assistance that I'm on WindowsSecrets forum. Once I realized that the problem occurred only with PCM and Thunderbird, but with other programs as well (I tried WordPad and free agency, which didn't even load the URL in Firefox), I posted the question on other forums, trying to see if others knew something about this issue. I got the answer of a member of the forum on this page:

  In case you are not a member it or may not load this page, here is her suggestion:

     With FF closed type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ in the start menu search box, click the item that appears and delete localstore.rdf FF will replace it on starting.
  

  I did this and all four programs that had previous problems loading of the URL, including MWC, now load them perfectly. The only (small) problem with this solution was localstore.rdf apparently saves all information about things like the Firefox toolbars and their customization, so all that was lost when I deleted the file, but I re-adapted quite quickly and everything is fine. Any thoughts about what localstore.rdf does, why this problem happened, or how to do to prevent it happening again will be appreciated.
