I have a bunch of code that creates a dynamic menu and it stops working when the chart is changed to a movieclip. They are not related in any way so why would this happen? As a graphic is not an example of name and does nothing for her. It is not animated or anything. He is sitting on the stage. So why change to a movieclip would make such problems?

  If it is a graphic symbol, then try to open it for editing and thencreate a movieclip out what's inside.  Take this movieclip from your library and use it.

  Hi, I wonder what is the best time to update the properties of the graphic scale waveform.

  I'm sampling data every 15 minutes for 192 samples, or 48 hours.  I want to draw these samples with x in absolute scale so the scale maximum x is time and x minimum scale at the time mode is x max in less than 48 hours (172800 seconds).  I want also to intermediate-scale markers 6 hours apart and to be multiples of 6 hours.  for example at 06:00, 12:00, 18:00.  It works by using nodes of property but sometimes intermediate markers are on the hour 6 multiple and sometimes they are at 6 hours after the scale min marker.  for example, 09:15, 15:15, 21:15.  Is there a way to ensure that the intermediate markers are on the hour 6 multiples?

  Neville,

  I don't think there is a function of the order of execution by using nodes of property information across your graph. If you are concerned about the speed of your VI, I would recommend writing to the property node before update you the chart. I believe that this will ensure that the chart will update only once: when the new data is sent to the curve, as opposed to the update with the new data, then with the new scale.

• Adding control to select the input of the chart data?

  I have a device which sends several channels of data via TCP.  I created a (attached) VI that analyzes this data in integer multiples.  Can I connect a graph (I use graphics mode band) to one of these inputs.  The problem is there is about 50 channels and I don't want 50 cards of band.  I would like to graphs 4-8, with the possibility to choose the input for each use of a control channel.  Any ideas on how to achieve this?  Thank you!

  Use the table to Index.  Connect the table of Boolean to the Board Index. Connect the channel switch to the Index entry. Connect the output to the chart through the Boolean primitive to (0,1).

  For several graphics expand the Index table and connect the selector for each chart to a different Index entry.

  I'm analog data Aqcuerir of USB 6000 data acquisition and display on the chart. I have to save all the data in a file as well (text or excel... or at least a file). It is easy to configure so that the data is saved after the stop button was so press until the end of the race. However, I need to write to a file when running because he could be running for days. In such a period extended, the buffer is an overload, and the data is lost.

  Could you please indicate some kind of how to write data to a file constantly during measurement, wthout record in the buffer?

  In a VI, I'm generating a graph of the data collected.  This graph and data are in a while loop.  My main VI calls this subroutine vi and I want to show you my user results from the graph at each update.  At first, I just connected a terminal to the graph in the sub vi, then created a graphical indicator on the main vi.  But nothing appears.  In the Sub vi, I move the chart outside all loop and leave the terminal connection.  However, it did not work either.  Am I willing to do impossible?

  Sweet justice.  Because you were a guy standing, my scorn is now much closer to 90/10.  They should really sign make an acknowledgement that you know what you get.  I don't think it's unreasonable to expect basic functionality, and IMO event Structures are pretty basic.  This is why I'm not in marketing.

  Time of experience.  It may be while you are unable to change the structure of the event, maybe you can run code that contains and edit around them.  Here, I use a structure of the event to a mouse event down to the chart.  Normally, I'd put the code inside the occurrence of the event, but maybe you can not change the inside.  Instead, I pass a boolean that is true when the mouse down event fired and pass out the XY coords as well.  You can do something within a structure separated from cases as I show.

  I would like to know if it works.

  I can't give you a reasonable way to solve this problem, since as you have already noted plot do not snappable plots.

  A possible warkaround would be to replace the plot of individual instructions with a PlotXY matching with 2 bays 2 points each, which correspond to the x 1, x 2, y1, y2 parameters to plot. PlotXY plots are snappable, so you can enable this procedure select the plot and remove it.

  Hello everyone!

  I have a problem using the ListBox selection mode 1 or mode items. I have 6 channels of data, and I have a 2D chart. I am able to reterieve the signal names in the list box, but I want to be able to choose one or more signals to display on the chart. I used the table to index my 2D data are connected and then the output of the index table is connected to the graph. I had to use the listbox control as an index for the table to index and display the data in the index selected for display on the chart. I used lisbox as the value property nodes, the line active and all but not able to display signals on the graph. I have attached a code example to show you what exactly I'm looking.

  I found a piece of code that looks like what you are willing to do about it. Basically, you move two sliders on the top graph to change the graph on the bottom window.

  From a programming perspective, it takes the cursor to the position of the top of the graphic page properties and apply like the min and the properties of the max scale as on the chart at the bottom.

  How do you control the number of cycles showed on the chart?  I selected a graph of scanning, and I do not see the bar vertical chart when the program runs.  This is probably because I don't see the whole cycle of the periodic signal I try to display.  I need to set the graph to display several cycles.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  Right-click in the list and set the required number of points in the history buffer (right-click... length of the graphic history...). Then set the x axis not autoscale and cover your historical range complete.
