Mozilla Crash Reporter occurs whenever I try to start Firefox.
I've been running FireFox for years. I use Windows 10. Today, when I clicked on FireFox mentioned, I got a "Mozilla Crash Report" dialog box with the following information:

After getting this repeatedly, I uninstalled FireFox and downloaded (using IE) a current clean version of FireFox for your Web site. I have the same problem. I use Norton as my security suite. I also ran Malwarebyte s and the Norton Power Eraser. Still have the problem. Help!
Hi, looking more closely at these reports, it seems that this may be caused by external software on the computer. go to your control panel and remove all software labled "Freecorder" or similar, or by the Publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

How to solve the error message "Mozilla cannot find runtime" when I try to start Firefox?
Mozilla put Firefox updated to version 36.0. When I click on the Firefox icon to open it I get the message: "Mozilla cannot find runtime" I get the message even if I try to open Firefox by selecting "firefox.exe" in the Program Files folder. Subsequently, I uninstall Mozilla Firefox and reinstall. It will open and operate normally just after the re-installation. So if I close the program and try to re - open again, I get the error message same "Mozilla don't find runtime".
The only way I can get Firefox to open is if I uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to open it after the initial re-setup.
Adriel thanks for your quick response. Your solution worked perfectly. I was greedy, trying to find a viable solution to the problem "runtime" I had never met before. -_-

Cannot open Firefox: Mozilla Crash Reporter
Recently, I have updated my firefox but in a few hours, it has stopped working. I constantly get a "Mozilla Crash Reporter" who says:
"We are sorry".Firefox has been a problem and crashed. We will try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.
etc... »
It offers the possibility to restart, but when I click on "Restart Firefox" the same window pops up again and again and again.
I tried restarting, open in safe mode, scans (I have Norton 360), running and system restore. Something to do with mozilla does not open, and I don't mean to uninstall because I have all my favorites in Firefox.

Try a clean reinstall and download a new copy of Firefox since http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current version of Firefox and remove the Firefox program folder before installing this copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.

Hi deliubogdan
Try to remove the extension DataMngr (Datamngr.dll)
Do a check with some malware malware, analysis of programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.
All of these programs have free versions.Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before scanning.

Question
Recently, whenever I try to open Firefox, I get a dialog box: Exc in ev handl: TypeError: brw is not defined (JavaScript Application). Certainly, Firefox is my default browser.
After clicking on OK Firefox opens. You can probably get rid of it by disabling McAfee Site Advisor ending Firefox and then restarting Firefox and the reactivation of McAfee Site Advisor, ending at Firefox and restart Firefox. But it would probably be best to uninstall Site Advisor and reinstall (as opposed to the update)...
Please see the solution in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions
"McAfee Site Advisor.(Windows): for best results, you need to uninstall McAfee Site Advisor from Control Panel > add/edit programs (programs and features). Restart the system. Then http://www.siteadvisor.com/ reinstalling and reboot the system. Installation of other waste (crapware) suggested applications.
Please mark "resolved" a response that will better help others with a similar problem - hope it was her.
