  Hi oktaysafak, thanks for pointing out the problem. The question would have been reproduced and the identified cause. The localizer was informed of the repair. Unfortunately, the changes to the location on the stable versions like Thunderbird 31 are not possible. The good news: Thunderbird 38 (thanks for the correction, I hope) is only 8 weeks. An alternative would be to install Thunderbird in English and install a Turkish language updated the pack on top of page so it.   DotBellaParis if you are prompted for a product calling it so it would seem that you purchased an upgrade to Acrobat Standard XI.  You should have the option to enter the serial number of your previous purchase of Acrobat.  You can find information on how to locate your previous issues of the series at http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968?promoid=KBHJW.

  If you did not intend to buy an upgrade, then I recommend to submit a return request.  You can find more information on the presentation of a return to the return, cancel, or Exchange an Adobe order - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html.  Once you have returned the upgrade you can then buy the full version which will not ask you for an eligible product or a serial number.

  When you open the address book window, you should have your books listed as folders on the left margin in the directory pane. If the pane is not displayed, select View-Layout and click on.

  Now set your computer look for a file called places.sqlite, you will find at least one copy in your current profile folder (the location where user data is stored). For more information on how to access your profile folder, see the article of profiles - where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data .

  If there is a second copy of this file also can contain your old favorites. With Firefox closed, rename the version in your current profile in places.sqlite.old folder, and then copy the other file in your profile folder. Restart Firefox to see if your old favorites are back.
