  Asked me to install this program called Extension Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 report Authoring on one of our PC network operations.  The computer is a Dell OptiPlex 960 under Windows XP SP3.  When attempting to install the program, you get the following error message:

  The computer is running an operating system Microsoft Dynamics CRM does not support.  To install this product, you need to upgrade your computer to an operating system supported.  For a complete list of supported operating systems, see the documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=181018)

  Now, normally, I just coordinates with the end-user to him upgrade to Windows 7, however, after watching on the download page of this application (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=13818), I noticed that Windows XP is one of the supported operating systems that can be installed on.  In addition, after looking around on the Technet documentation, I was not given a definitive answer on whether or not this application is not supported on Windows XP.

  So, my question is creation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 report Extension works on Windows XP SP3, or do we let us upgrade this computer to Windows 7?  Thank you!

• With the help of EchoSign for Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Outlook Client

  We have successfully integrated Adobe Echosign with Dynamics CRM 2013 (on site) and have been delivering the contract etc. through dynamic documents for almost a year. Initially, users were able to issue using the dynamic web client and Client Outlook. Unfortunately, after the client Outlook SP1 RU1, we lost the Echosign feature through the Outlook client. Client Outlook SP1 RU2 has just installed without modification to the loss of functionality to Echosign. This leaves us with a dynamic web access only if we need to issue a document via the Echosign for dynamic solution, which is frustrating for our users.  Has anyone else experienced this problem and been able to fix? Pointers would be appreciated.

  19/02/2015:

  Update - Office uninstalled and installed 32-bit Office 365. the Outlook client now works. users with Office 365 64-bit cannot send through the Outlook client. Uninstall and install 32-bit solves the problem (so far).

  Yes, this should be possible. The new Dynamics CRM 2011 seems very flexible, so you should be able to do it using one of their integration of API data. Here is a link to a few instructional videos on CRM 2011, look at the data http://channel9.msdn.com/Series/DynamicsCRM2011section. Also, look at how to integrate Silverlight applications in CRM 2011. Basically, you can use the same methods but with Flex and javascript applications.

  If it's just a simple form, you can do it directly with CRM 2011 and create a new entity and the form. But with Flex, you can obviously do a lot more cool visualizations. Probably can do with Silverlight as well, but I've never worked with Silverlight...

• Update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 0.2 2015

  No one knows the date of the next release for this?  We have customers that we host threating to let us down if we cannot stop the popup "Wrap" which resolves this update.  He'll be in the days or months?  The popup is locked their machines for up to a minute and they can't do the job.

  I have a premise on CRM 2013 and 2013-CRM email router.  The e-mail Router service is running and access routers e-mail test passes.

  All the configurations that I use to configure the CRM with Google Apps Education fails.

• I get this error in CRM 4.0 "can't execute code from a freed script"

  What happens when you click back on the fields that are loaded through research super. The first 2 times ito works without error, then on the third time, you receive "cannot execute code from a freed script.  I have searched for information, but have only found messages about it being a bug in 2011.

• Dynamics gp dictionary error must be updated to version 9.0

  Good day to all.

  There was a power interruption so that the users were in GP, when the server has been restarted I got the following error.

  \\Esp-gpsrv01\reports\reports dictionary must be upgraded. Use the MS Dynamics GP Utilities to update your modified forms and reports.

  When you select OK, another message appears: dictionary must be upgraded. Version 9.0.

  This error is only appearing on the server not the client machines.

  I went in the utilities and selectled Synchronize forms and reports dictionaries and I still get the error.  We use the GP10 and service Pack 3.

• CRM 2011 in the cloud to develop

  I've used CRM 4 on customer servers but you now have a customer who wants 2011 CRM in the cloud.

  I need to access a 2011 CRM in the cloud so that I can start the customization for the client.  I also need to experience what I can learn the updates of CRM 4 2011.

  A download called "sale and make demonstrations of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Architecture" seems to send me the wrong way.  All I need is some instructions how to enter in CRM 2011 in the cloud, so that I can start customizing.

  Any help would be appreciated.
