  11 items in the toolbar is on the left side.  Recompose the tools below the crop tool and the tool are evidence is no longer on the list.  It seems that the bar (Photo bin, tool options, undo, redo and rotate, etc.) at the bottom of the screen is larger and blocking the bottom of the toolbar.   How to get back to the original format where all the tools in the toolbar appear in the left part of the window?

  It could be some third party tools available online that might help you in the task.

  Use your favorite search engine to search for any other tool.

  To reset the preferences:

The tab page view guided much is a source of distraction and slows down the work.  Yes, som of the guided tools are more efficient to use than the Expert tool selections, so I end up with about the same amount of time.  Now, it is very heavy.

  I'm not a psychic. I generally would like to see the image that I will edit the first and then select the tool to use.  The new view on the 'Guided' tab shows all the tools that you can use to change the photo.  But the picture is not displayed.  I'm not good to choose the tool first, before I see the picture.  I'm not inclined to look at the photo on the Quick tab, or on the Expert tab first and then go to the guided tab and choose a tool.

  Thinking that the first view of the new "guided" interface is simply a menu, not a Workspaceedition. Each photo is a menu item. You must choose your option before accessing your editing space. It is the now universal way of selection in tablets and smartphones, you may not like it (I didn't) but that won't slow down your workflow.

  After reloading the software it seems to work now.

  All my tools, with the exception of the time selection tool are grayed out. I tried several different formats of files as the previous files that I have edited in hearing.

  When I switch to multitrack, the tools are available. I've never had to edit in multitrack to use tools.

  Gesture, Razor and slide are multitrack tools only because they affect only the clips in a timeline.
