  You should check with the support of TrendMicro.

  Frankly it seems to ask a lot of questions, so I remove it and replace it with other more

  Here's what I use and recommend: (these are all free and very effective versions.)

  Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
  launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very
  reliable and compatible. Use MSE or Avast and Prevx, Prevx 3 but not all.

  Avast Home free - stop any shields is not necessary except leaving Standard, Web, and
  Operation of the network.

  Windows Defender (is not necessary if you use MSE)

  Protected IE - mode

  IE 8 - SmartScreen filter WE (IE 7 phishing filter)

  I also IE always start with asset if filter InPrivate IE 8.

• Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security won't install on Windows 7

  I bought a three user anti-virus (Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security) that will not install on Windows 7.  When I insert the CD it reads and seems to do something in the background, but there are has no windows that pop - up.  Also when I look in the Task Manager, I find no trend activity there.

  The version is a version licensed for 12 months I purchased with a new PC.  He said only Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security on the cover.

  If you have any other scanners 'real-time' installed (including MSE) it may be useful to backup your PC (so in the worst case you can go to at the moment), update scanners already have installed and then run a full scan with them to check the malware.

  Then completely uninstall, restart the PC and then see if the trend settled.

  I didn't trend and have never tested, so I can't say with certainty that their list of possibly conflicting software is preventing you installation trend, but it shouldn't take too long to remove all other scanners time real AV/Malware in article of trend and see. If the worst comes to the worst, you can always reinstall.

  You must have an AV program installed and running on a PC. On-Demand Scanner like free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is OK as backup on demand scanners. (if you install this edition special anti malware utility, keep free, no need to start testing etc UNLESS you wish to purchase additional features the paid for version does not provide).

  Empty this software... get to Win8 after MSE for Windows 7 and earlier or defender. It of free and is also good as the software you pay 29.00/year for wanting and updates are free of charge since you already own Windows.

From Firefox 10.0 (to be released Jan 31 Mar) modules will be assumed to be compatible with the new version of Firefox and they will be not disabled, as in the past. Well sure, if an add-on does not work correctly or totally screws to the top of Firefox, it is up to the user to sort only the cottages, with a little help from those of us who provide Firefox support.

  If TM Titanium has installed in Firefox toolbars that you use / depend on, you can check with their website or the forum. Only the toolbar and toolbar of operation, if any, will be affected; the underlying protection offered by TM titanium should always protect you.

  I seem to have fixed that by going to the site of Trend Micro and upgrade to the latest version of Trend Micro Titanium 2012 V5.0. It uninstalled the previous version on my computer and then install the latest version. Trend Micro is working now and I can browse with Firefox. The upgrade was free.
