  • Equium A210 - after update BIOS problems connect to MSN Live Messenger

    Hello

I just installed the latest update of the Bios for my Equium A210, as has been the first time results attempted this \i watched carefully and everything seems to go correctly but the laptop is restarted, it beeps and showed a checksum error, I chose the option to reboot with 'Default settings'

Since that I got problems to connect to MSN Live Messenger and I wondered if this might be something to do with the Bios Update, it is also possible to 'come back' to the old Bios somehow?

    Thank you
    Lee

    Hello

your question isn't really a related problem of the machine. The "Checksum Error" is normal after each update BIOS since the checksum of the BIOS which consists the BIOS settings and the version of the BIOS is not correct due to a modified version of BIOS.
So, the next time that you update your BIOS you will get a "BIOS checksum error" again. Worry not Don t, it s nothing serious.

  • I tried to make a video call on MSN live messenger 8.0.1 under Leo of MAC but does not work

I tried to do a video chat a MSN live messenger 8.0.1 under the new lion of MAC OS10.7, but may not have to work. Why

No windows is running. Live MSN messenger 8.0.2 is the MAC version of messenger

Thanks for the clarification.   I don't know exactly where your version of MAC will be supported but I would first try to ask here:

(Portal of the Windows Live Messenger WLSC)

Oh.   Maybe you're in the right place, after all, simply not redirected properly.   Other posters on the WLSC asking about are apparently sent here (at the forum of responses from Mac Office).

Did you get your Messenger by installing a Mac version of office 2011?

    http://www.Microsoft.com/Mac/Messenger/

    (Microsoft search for)
    + Mac Messenger MSN "8.0".
    )

Messenger for Mac 8 is included in each edition of Microsoft Office for Mac 2011

FWIW, there is no mention of MSN in any of these opportunities, although he asked insistently.   It seems that's just sort of alias now Live ID in which case the WLSC might still be a better place to ask for help, depending on what you mean by "does not work".   ; )

    Good luck

  • MSN Live Messenger - cornfig side by side is not just

Since this morning, I have problems with MSN Live Messenger and Adaware. Yesterday, they ran normal, both.

    The problem is:

    C:/Program Files/Windows Live/Messenger/msnmsgr.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Check the log of events applications for more details.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the two programs, but even the new beta version of MSN Live Messenger does not work. I uninstalled my antivirus to see if that helped, but it didn't. I cleaned my disk, all any updated except IE8 (a lot of problems last month) and nothing...

    Who can help me?

    Windows Vista Home Edition

    Toshiba laptop

    32 bit

You can fix this by uninstalling the current version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and support Web site to download and install the 2008 version coming from the update:

  • BlackBerry smartphones just download MSN Live messenger but I can't

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8220. It is brand new, I got it yesterday.

I tried to download applications for it, and the first I tried was MSN Messenger. It Live seemed to download fine, but just after it finished I am back to the download page. I cancelled it, and when I tried to find MSN Live on the downloads folder, it wasn't there. It is not in the applications folder. So I tried to download another app to see what happened. I tried facebook this time, and it works perfectly. And I went and downloaded MSN again and nothing. I tried to download it once more, but with a different language, and it asked me to restart my phone. I thought it was going to work, because he had not done the two previous times. But still, I don't see that anywhere.

What can I do about it?

    Hello

first thing, is to ensure that the application is not already installed on your device.

Home screen > options > advanced > applications

then scroll down and see you see Windows Live Messenger. If you do, it means that the application is installed. Simply find the shortcut: go to the home screen and open all folders one after the other. Most of the files likely are "Downloads" and "Instant Messaging".

  • Problem in MSN Live Messenger - latest Version - English - Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.726)

    Hello

    Hope someone can help me.
In recent weeks I have received something in my MSN Messenger that bothers me so much.
The problem is that if I write any message or any sentence in my messenger and while I'm talking to my friend, I get the message voice progress bar always and each maybe 20 seconds of recording. It happens automatically.
In other words, imagine that you press and hold F2 and recording your voice while talking, release the F2 button will deliver this voice message to your friend.
In fact, this is what happens to me always and without pressing the F2 key.
I tried Panda online scan, Microsoft antivirus, AVG Anti Virus, SperAntiSpyware, MSNCleanTool, MSN, Anti Virus and many others :-(but unfortunately, nothing could solve the problem.
I also uninstalled MSN Messenger, reformulated PC, clean registry, clean the contacts, installed again, but the problem still exists.
    I hope someone can help.
    Thank you

No responses? Can't anyone help here? :-(

Team Microsoft MSN! Maybe you can help please!

  • my windows live messenger does not work. HELP__its been like this for months now!

Hello so I tried to understand what is the problem with my msn, but I can't understand it!
whenever I am trying to connect, he said: "we cannot connect to Windows Live Messenger, signing windows live messenger failed because the service is temporill unavailable, please try again later.
    the "error code" is: 8e5e05f6

but the thing is if one of my friends try to to connect to my computer (using the same msn just for their account) it works! Help?

and also when I try to look for it in my uninstall programs, my computer can not find what it... as there is no! but when I try to install a new msn from the internet it is said that I installed everything already! so please help! its driving me crazyyyyy!

What WLM version do you use?  I think the latest version is Version 2009 (Build 14.0. 8009 7. 26)

Windows Live Messenger will appear in programs and features in Windows Live Essentials, you click on it and follow the instructions in the wizard.

If that's the problem with just your user login then that may need to be set at the end of the Server supported by WLM, or you can create a new Net Passport for yourself.

I have error 8e5e05f6 of code for the new msn live messenger. Today's date is March 21, 2009. I need help! Anyone?

  • Qosmio G40 - webcam and windows live messenger

Well I've had this problem before and was solved with the installation of Service Pack 1. Well now it comes back to haunt me again! Windows live messenger does not register the webcam. The cam works and I am registered in the control panel etc. It is only on live messenger it does not...

As described above, I have a Qosmio G40 with Windows Vista Ultimate and windows live messenger.

Live messenger is set to allow phone calls and Messenger live in general - but there is no exceptions for webcam in the Security Panel?

Looks quite simply that the cam is not lit - I have a black screen with static...

    Any ideas to fix this?

    * Download driver Chicony Webcam drivers from Toshiba Web site section was updated. If you can't find an updated driver, try a new driver of another model of Toshiba.
    * Install the Service Pack 1 of Vista, or Vista Hotfix KB934374: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934374 (KB934374 is included in SP1)
    * Update your e-mail software (MSN/Yahoo Messenger, etc...)
    * If you have another program that can use the webcam (e.g. Skype), make sure that they are completely closed and not, sitting in the system tray.
    * Try to close the bar Assistant camera on the left side of the office.
    * To stop the Camera Assistant software from running at startup, run Regedit and delete HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "Camera Assistant Software".
