MsoNormal class import from word 2010 even if deleted formatted

Why is this happening? It never happened in previous versions because as far as I know. How can I prevent it?

(No, we are not upgraded to 2015 and yes I know that I can out band via Notepad, sometimes you want things like hyperlinks to import.)

Make sure this text, structure, basic formatting (bold, italic) is selected in the menu dropdown formatting.

  • Gray lines during the conversion of Word 2010 images in pdf format

With the new Acrobat X 1 version, I encountered a problem whenever I try to convert images on a Word 2010 document in PDF format.  While all the lines on the document are black, many lines including bubble-notes appear very light gray and hard to read.  I searched for months for a solution without a bit of luck, and I tried other computers with different versions to check that it was not only my machine.

Y at - it a specific setting I need to change during the conversion to keep the black lines black instead of this weird gray problem?  See below, for example.

Previously, the snapshot taken from Microsoft Word:

    Pre-conversion.PNG

After the conversion to. Document PDF format, from Acrobat XI:

    Post-conversion.PNG

Thank you for the answers.  I found the problem, it was just a simple menu option.

Under Edition > Preferences, I sailed on the Display tab Page and disabled "smoothed art" under the section of rendering.  It seems that solved the problem.

  • PDF, produced from word 2010 print to Distiller 11.0 has some "BOLD" letters, a normal font.

    Problem:

    http://www.pdsa.org/images/stories/PDF/insurance-booklet-101213.PDF

This PDF was created by creation in MS Word 2010 (application Pscript5.dll version 5.2.2) and then to print (using pdf Distiller 11.0 producer) in Adobe PDF format.  (I read this in the PDF properties).

Problem: I am in Adobe CC and use, it is updated apps.  If the link above looks great to me.

But people running Windows XP and Acrobat reader 10 complain that the text comes as some letters are "BOLD", and some are normal font.  The L and I are particularly visible.

And its screen rendering not only.  The printed page is too bad.

A clue: here is another document made in In-Design:

    http://www.pdsa.org/images/stories/PDF/coping2013.PDF

It looks and prints great on both platforms...

By examining the properties of the PDF font, you have many fonts that are not integrated and that could be the problem. Try to print with the press or print job settings file. The default value is Standard and incorporates all of it. It is worth at least try, even though you will probably have to get one of these people to watch it again. What I see are the headers and the questions in bold.

In the second file, all fonts are embedded and at a first glance, it seems that there may be actually less fonts in the second file.

To do this, the copy phase of the files, but all in the middle of the phase of update files I get the message "RoboHelp HTML Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "I have the ability to send or do not send an error report. Then, RoboHelp closes without completing the construction.

Any ideas on what could be the cause or how to fix it?

    See you soon,.

The imported section had a table with merged cells and you use an expression of generation when you build? If this could be the case see extracted 68 on my site. Known issue and a patch is available.

  • Import from word - headings not crack as in kb7

I used to import a Word document manual RH7. RH7 was able to split large documents into usable to topics pieces. 8 HR, I can't get to import the entire document. The requirments are the table of contents page do a link to specific areas in the document set with headers up to and including level 4. We must eliminate as much scrolling for the user as possible.

When you import, you must indicate to HR where to create the topics based on

your styles in Word. Search for a Word change settings button on the import

dialogue - this is where you can see a list of Word styles & then use

the field 'paging' to indicate this style must trigger a

  • When opening .doc website link, FF adds .docx file extention & does not open in Word 2010, with incorrect file format error. Pls Help

I use Firefox v12 to open a hyperlink to a Web site that points to a door MS Word Document to download.

Then, we are asked to open the file with MS Word (default), which is our installed version of MS Word 2010.

Firefox then renames the file by adding a .docx file name for example filename.doc.docx. MS Word 2010 opens with the error "invalid file format", which is correct that Firefox has renamed.

Is there a fix or a workaround for this?

You can try to delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder to reset all the actions file.

  • Import from Outlook 2010

I have tried to use the import feature in TB, but for the life of me, does not allow the importation of form Outlook 2010 (I have Outlook as the default mail client), but prospects for the option is grayed out. What can I do else?

MailStore, is a mail archiving software, it will be 'Archive' your mail from everything and most sources, including directly from the server (IMAP and POP3).

    (1) download and install MailStore. Open the program. Make sure that your e-mail clients are closed (Thunderbird and Outlook 2010 in my case).
    (2) run the tool "archiving". Choose your source. In my case, I chose Microsoft Outlook.
    (3) wait time the process is completed. Depends on how much mail, you have in Outlook.
    (4) once done, it will show you what files have been archived in the archives folder tree.
    (5) right click all folders and click on export and choose your destination. Mine was Thunderbird.
    (6) wait until the process is completed. And you should have all the mail (or in my case a three main folders) to your Thunderbird in a separate local folder.

    Hope this helps everyone.

  • DC:title in PDF file from Word 2010 - where it comes from?

Hi, I have Office 2010 and Acrobat X Pro (all to date) and creates a PDF from within Word using PDFMaker 10.1.

In the file PDF resulting, the properties of the Document shows in the Description of a title: the "mandate", that is not anywhere in the Word file, or what I see everywhere in its metadata.

By going in... and then advanced, additional metadata in the PDF file, I see that the element of Dublin Core Properties dc:title has 'Mandate' as the value for [x-default].

My question is where this value comes from? It's somewhere in the Word doc or somewhere in my system?

And how do I get it so that the title of the Word document is put there?

All advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks and all the best, JP

If you save in Adobe PDF format and that you have the option "convert document information' checked in the PDFMaker settings dialog box, then the metadata for the PDF file reflect what the word was defined in the document properties panel (via the menu prepare or right click on a file in Windows Explorer, then select Properties > summary). If you uncheck the option to convert the information in document, PDFMaker leave any empty apart from the basics (creation of ID software, dates, etc.).

Print format PDF is a slightly different question, in this case, the title of the PDF is generated using the file name and the application that started the print job.

  • Create a PDF from Word 2010 file is not correctly convert pictures and text boxes

I have 11 Acrobat and my co-workers with 9 and 10 can correctly convert Word documents with images and text boxes, but v.11 cut the text and is not convert the images correctly.

    Hey Luke,

You may need to check with other files in Word also to analyze whether the problem is with word or Acrobat.

Open a word document, add images, then try to convert it to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer as PDFMaker option well.

    Let me know what happens.

In addition, to make Adobe PDF as default printer and check.

You could even go in PDFMaker preferences and uncheck the option "enable accessibility and reflow with tagged Adobe PDF" on the tab "settings".

If that don't work, then please share the file with me by e-mail (email ID sent via private message) so that I can check my end.

    Kind regards

  • Notes imported from word

I'm working on a book that I imported a doc file. The book has more than 100 notes and imported nicely, as in the notes with the text flow.

My problem is that I need to break the text and create bar side info boxes. Some of these boxes of info bar side contains references of the note, but because the sidebar info is in it's own text box, the reference is found at the bottom of the sidebar instead of the bottom of the page.

I could manually copy and paste the note at the bottom of the page, but that would ruin my reference numbering throughout the book. And since I have more than 100 notes, I don't want to do it manually.

I have to figure out what connects my text box of exemplary body with side bars with notes text boxes keep reference numbers, but let me still the problem of the notes at the bottom of the text rather than the bottom of the page sidebar.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Should-I-Not-Return(side-bar)sample.jpg

An advantage if they are to be used is that if something sounds abnormal during a final exam, you can change the paragraph style for the reference to the black numbers, so you can see them, make any change in flow, then set it to white.

    I'm glad it helped.

    Take care, Mike
