  • Scanner Photosmart Premium C310a for error on Windows 7 64 bit

    Hi all

I bought a HP Photosmart Premium C310a this weekend. Everything works fine except the scan. This is what the problem is:

When I try to scan (through the centre of solutions) I get an error message as soon as scanning starts software (hpiscnapp.exe) that says: (translation of the Dutch for some of them may not be accurate) the scan cannot be made because the HP imagingdevice has a network and is used by another program or computer. Try again later.

    Description of the error extended; 4, [(0,400,80004005), (2,33,80040013), (3,33,0)]

Nothing (no other program or computer) is using the scanner at the moment. The strange thing is I have Windows 7 64-bit systems and on the system, 32-bit and Windows 7 32-bit system works very well.  [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

Scanning from the façade C310a and selecting the computer also translate this error.

Wireless connection to the C310a directly via an "ad hoc" connection does not either.

I deleted all HP components (including using the abduction utillity L4) and them reinstalled several times. Through the page Web of the C310a scanning is possible, but with resolutions lower (max 600 dpi). I ran the diagnostic HP, no result (HPPS.exe) program.

Context: C310a is wireless in the same network as the three laptop computers box.

    Laptops: 2 x Windows 7 64-bit, 1 x Windows 7 32 bit

No problem: 1 x Windows 7 32 bit [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

    Problem: 2 x Windows 7 64 bit.

Been strugling with this problem for a few days. Would be very happy if someone knows how to solve this problem.

    Thanks in advance.

    Marco

Hi Travis (and maybe somebody else who will have the same problem in the future).

So I finally got to do the work. Here's what I did. I backed up my data, wiped my laptop completely and reinstalled all software, including 64-bit Windows. Now everything works flawelessly. Don't ask me why, or what caused the problem because I know and still can not understand.

At least everythings works as it should and I hope it will stay like that.

Thanks for your efforts of Travis! I really appreciate it.

  • Photoshop cs6 install error administrator - Windows 7 64 bit

I tried to install Photoshop CS6 repeatedly following a new installation of Windows 7 64-bit.  Initially running in the error message indicating that administrator rights is required to run this image upgrade, I made it run as administrator.

I forced the installer to check my ID required Adobe to 'Sign In' page by selecting "(pas votre ID Adobe?), then my email address and password."

After selection of two Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) and Adobe Photoshop CS6 (32-bit), and clicking on install, I get the error:

    Setup.exe - Application error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).  Click OK to close the application

Once I click OK, the persistent Administrator error appears:

"Administrator privileges are required in install."  Please log in as an administrator. " I'm already logged as administrator on this system.

All solutions to these errors?  I installed and ran, Photoshop CS6 on this system (later as reinstall 3 days earlier, before having to do the wipe the system total and Windows 7)

    This is progress.

    Configuration error

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

    Error: 6

In addition, in the lower right, I see a warning windows saying that the PCD\cache from Adobe is damaged and unreadable. It turns out that the rest suffers from this problem. The folder that is supposed to contain the cache.db is unreadable.

I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times so far. The second and third time using tools such as the cleaning of Adobe or Revo Uninstaller tool. After the installation has not changed. There has been no change of material and, to my knowledge, no software updates. It is possible, there was an update of windows when I was not at my computer.

I appreciate the help and if there is other information please let me know what and or the other so as to obtain, or a link that shows me how to get it.

    Thanks again.

The only solution I could find was to completely erase my hard drive, which was late anyway.

It works now, but I hope that nobody else should take care of this.

  • Re: Error installing Windows 7 64 bit on Satellite A200 1AS

    Hello
I get an error when installing Windows 7 on my Satellite A200 1AS:

    Status: 0xc000035a
Info: Attempt to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not compatible with the 64-bit mode

But by searching on Toshiba website compatibility of Win7 on Satellite A200, I find always it should be possible to install Win 7 64 bit if serial number has a 7, 8 or 9 on the second position. My serial no begins with 57...

Could someone help me find the reason for the error.

    Thank you
    Dieter

Well the laptop seems to support the Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core Processor T2080
Here are some details on this CPU Intel:
    http://Ark.Intel.com/products/29740/Intel-Pentium-processor-T2080-(1M-Cache-1_73-GHz-533-MHz-FSB)

The Set statement is 32 bit and the CPU does not support the Architecture Intel® 64
+ Intel® 64 architecture has 64-bit computing on the server, workstation, platforms mobile when it is combined with the support of software. Intel 64 architecture improves performance by allowing to address more than 4 GB of memory, virtual and physical systems. +

So it could be possible that you will need to install Win 7 32 bit instead of 64-bit

  • Error message Windows 7 64 bit in the system backup

As part of a routine backup, I have a disc for an external hard drive image backup. It worked with happiness for a few months - so far!

I now get an error message.

"The operation failed due an errror device met with the source or the destination. If the source or destination on a disk, run CHKDSK/R on the source or destination volume. and then try the operation again.
Details: the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error.
    "Error code: 0x8078012D"

I have run CHKDSK, but no error reported.

Also, I tried two different external drives but get the same problem that makes me think that the problem is with Windows backup rather than external drives.

You want showed a solution or two, but nothing worked - still had the problem.

    Bright ideas?

    Thanks in advance
    David

    > Operation failed because of a device error encountered with the source or destination

    > Also, I tried two different external drives

I think that this speaks volumes according to the error message and your ad, it seems to be a problem with the HARD drive internal or it s really the backup program

Have you contacted already Microsoft or a Microsoft Forum? Maybe they have an answer for this error code. I think it is not related to Toshiba, so you should ask some Windows specialists using s.

  • Error Code error 802400D Windows 7 64 bit upgrade

This error code is returned when the automatic installer in Windows 7 cannot install the update. When tempting to try again the display shows after 2 hours it always creates a restore point. All hard drives are working properly. No hardware or software problem is discovered elsewhere.

can 1, you explain what this error code indicates?

    2. Why is there a list available to users of the site error codes?

    3. to ask Bing returns hundreds of responses for the wrong operating system and the error code.

    4. this software to ask questions is very frustrating because mousing back to correct a spelling error deletes all the text after the cursor automatically. What is the point of making the impossible corrections?

    How about a 8024400d mistake?...

    You may encounter temporary connection related errors {[for example, 8024400d] when you use Windows Update or Microsoft Update to install updates}
