When I click on he said that updates are available. I let the program to download and install the updates that have been assuming at: update containing the latest enhancements and bugfixes.

  It takes 2 + hours and it's always something I have no idea what. Is this normal?

  In InDesign, CC 2014 Adobe Exchange has been replaced with the modules that are available by choosing window > Browse Add-ons. Rather than consider the modules in a Panel, you will take the from a creative Cloud browser interface. This is true for other applications of 2014 CC as well.
