multicamera audio

Hello

Recently, I shoot a live band with 3 cameras. Also, I plugged my audio recorder in the Insert on master mix. I have synced with the eyes of the plural and exported an XML in Premiere Pro.

After it imported all there audio camera and my audio master where lain out on different tracks. I did a sequence of multi camera and started to edit.

My question is, how to switch to listen to my audio master during playback? I seem to have an audio camera. I'm sure its simple I am just very new with this program.

Thanks in advance.

Put the Master audio on track 1.

  • mix of MultiCam - audio cam and audio desk clip? How?

I have 3 clips - a cam with audio mediocre, an another cam with fair on audio camera (including public environmental sounds) and good quality audio directly from the desktop.

I have create a multicam video and want to then mix the last two audio sources.

I don't see how to do this.

    Help!

    Thank you in advance.

Edit the multicam clip in a project. Select the one you want. Use the components expand audio. In the Inspector in Channel Configurations, adjust the desired channels. Assuming you want to cut the image for audio, the easiest way is to detach the audio and to cut the vision angle Viewer.

  • MultiCam Audio Quandry

Yet another mystery (frustration) in 2015.3.

I am to change several blocking projects.  In the first, all four sound tracks in the Source sequence came so fine in the target sequence.  Somewhat a surprise, because in the past, only A1 came through in a multicam.  A very nice surprise, however, because the audio can be used are 3 and 4.

The second project, only A1 is crossing.  (Give the adobe and Adobe take off).  It's a problem, because I need not only two runways crossing (3 and 4, so I can't just move), but the target sequence has already been debited with staggered clips, so I can't just nest again as a normal sequence to hear all the tracks.

Anyone have any ideas here?  Why I got all four tracks in the first draft, but only of A1 in the second?  I missed something.

    Ask and you shall receive.

I selected the audio portion of the movie nested and disabled Multicam.

    Heck, I'm good.

  • Workflow for change Multicam-Audio in Audition

This is probably very simple, but I can't find the solution. If I use Multicam, how can I change the different Audiotracks of a clip in the hearing? If I alt-click on the Audio track, the option to edit in Audition is grayed out. All the right solutions?

Ah - found the solution: I have go and replace the audio first, and after that I CAN kick it for hearing. Hope this answer helps others, too...

  • Ineffective Multicam Audio Sync in the body of the CP (PluralEyes wins every time)

I was happy to try syncing multicam using audio in first CC but unfortunately I found there very limited success. Regularly, I run shoots 4 cameras with each having multiple clips and when I try to sync at first only a few actually GET synchronized. PluralEyes always did a much better job and synchronize all clips, no not only a few. Tips or tricks, I'm missing?

I figured out problem you. 16 clips synchronized and 8 is not. Those who do not sync were all a camera that was much further away from the audio source than others, so its audio sounded different. I've manually synchronized this camera and back for the edition. Feature request - more in-depth audio processing!

  • Clip of MultiCam, but with audio from SEVERAL sources at the same time?

I recorded a seminar using several audio and video sources. Audio sources include a wire tie, room microphone and read directly from a computer.

I got all the raw materials imported into FCPX and created a multicam clip, and everything is synchronized perfectly.

For the video, I know how to make the cut between my different cameras.

But for audio, I would be able to play several audio channels at once - namely, lapel mic and the mic to the audience. How can I do this?

I know I could put the multicam audio clip: setback (for example) then also drag the microphone to the audience for the game. But that means every time I make an edit, I have to make it through two sources and must be absolutely sure that they fall never out of sync.

I guess I could drag the multicam clip in the timeline twice (one above the other, so two are playing simultaneously), with a video source set to none. But the same problem - I always have to be very careful with the changes, two parallel versions never move out of sync.

Is there a better way to do it?

There are also sometimes I can do some automation of the volume of the different channels... so everything what you are proposing, please keep this in mind.

    Thank you!

In fact with a multicam clip you need not "stuff" to work with multiple audio. It has excellent support directly in the application.

  • Audio waveform is * not * show in nest

I'm working on a project of three cameras multicam in first CC 9.2.0.  I synced everything up in a sequence of source multi cameras and all six audio tracks show waveforms.  When I drag this sequence to the "new item" icon to make a nested sequence multicam, audio waveforms disappear.

Audio waveforms 'show' is selected in the timeline panel for the two sequences and, obviously, the waveforms have been generated.  That is what it is?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

  • the audio is still audible even after muting in multicam editing

    Hello

I have a strange behavior: in a multicam editing, I cut the track, I pull down of the dB, I uncheck the audio but I can still hear the noise! It's really weird. When I go to edit/set his silence she is silent, but if I want that part muted, I can't. Tried the new compound clip, same problem.

Could you post a screenshot of what happens? Could help to see what is causing the problem. Maybe the project Editor screenshot and/or multicam.

  • I got two sources of camera the same audio recording - how to use multicam to audio synchronization and display TWO cameras simultaneously

I had two sources of camera recording the same audio - I want to be able to do is use mulitcam SYNCHRONIZE the audio and video at the same time and be able to use the two clips simultaneously in a video - multicam - how can we use the TWO videos? In Multicam, I can only go to one video at a time - is to detach anyway, so I can trim two camera responsition camera and 1 on a 16:9 screen? What would be the best way to do this? Any help would be welcome - Ty

  • MultiCam Twitter audio clip

My audio finished on a multicam clip is Twitter and fluctuates during playback on a completed project.  How do I fix this?

I don't know how the fix the audio problem already on your Timeline, but a possible solution is to take the audio master and it sync on the timeline.

If you use audio of one clips/angles in the browser, simply download the timecode of this clip in the viewer of the Angle. Note the precise time code. Place a marker at this location in the Timeline.

Back to the individual item in the browser, press the point to this time code.

Select audio only and below the multicam timeline and secure the cover on the marker.

They must match. You may have to repeat this step throughout your calendar if you have cut out all the parts and is not an ongoing program.)

  • Level audio clip MultiCam and mixture change when put on the timeline

Hello!  I am preparing a multicam with an audio mix clip for my taste, but when I put that snap it on my calendar for the edition, the noise level declined by 6 dB and I think that the mix has changed somewhat as.  I'm at a loss to what is going on here!

    Thanks for any help!

The law of pan is to control the stereo output. You should make your mixture in the project not within the multicam clip if possible.

  • I can't get the audio to be synchronized with the video editing multicamera?

Multicamera editing, audio will not be synchronized with the video. I have two clips, 1 Plus 6 iPhone and the other an iPad Mini 2. While the audio wave forms are aligned, they will not match the video... the lips are out of sync. How can I handle this? • Change Audio routing after sequencing Multicam Multicam

Greetings - enough esoteric in question here, but bear with me.

I prefer to implement my sequences blocking with the setting of the order of routing audio all THE CAMERAS. This way, my A1, A2 and A3 audio stays on separate tracks when you drag my multicam sequence in a timeline.

Recently started working somewhere with several Deputy Chief editors, all of you who have their own means to configure multicams. Is there a way to achieve this same audio routing configuration when you use the Multicam Enable/Nested Sequence Workflow? You can change the settings for audio routing sequence afterwards in multicams? I tried to change Audio but gives me just additional tracks duplicate of the mixdown A1, A2, and A3.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

After struggling for a few days, I found a fix - create a new sequence multicam out of all taken view/audio you have, assign the parameters of the automatic sequence and audio for all cameras and mono. Then, you can duplicate this multi as much as you want and just paste the contents of the oldest Multis in there.

  • Create a Multicam sequence by nesting - Audio?

    Hello!

I have 3 cameras and external audio, all synchronized in a sequence already. However, I just thought it would be great to have in a Multicam sequence. I don't want to have everything Resync manually (as there are a few questions to timecode). I nested and Multicam enabled for the sequence - however, the audio is not reading in the Source monitor. Is there a way to get audio for playback in the monitor source with this method?

    I use 2015.0.2

    Thank you!

When I do a multicam with 3 camera angles and two audio tracks only follow 1 reproduces. How can I get the other audio tracks to platback? Is this something I did when I made the multicam? Help, please...

I found a way around it. I just made a new sequence... drags... video and audio. Now 1 and 2 works. Thank you both for your help.
