Multiple copies of the functional global using vi references

I have several producers acquisition in a global operation (a functional overall by the producer). These functional overall are identical except for the name. He would work to have only one functional global VI and get a separate reference for each producer? The corresponding consumer would have also used the appropriate reference to consume the data.

The functional global contains an array of data that must be analyzed by the consumer. It is possible that the data table does not contain a complete set of data on a unique "store" by the producer operation. Of course, the consumer, is written to search for a complete data record before completing the processing of the file.

No matter that there is a better way, the answer to the question is Yes. The FGV must be reentrant and the reference you open must be re-entrant too and then you can use the CBR node to run the specific copy of the FGV.

I thought that a reentrant vi would not maintain the State of the shift register not initialized by one call to the other.

A reentrant VI will maintain the State of its shift uninitialized registers.  However, you must be very careful, how to do this.  You first need to make sure that it is set to allocate Clones.  What will happen in this situation, it is that each different place call you this sub - VI each will be a different clone.  This means that each call will have its own data.  The problem with this is that you cannot share the data between multiple instances and therefore multiple loops.  If you don't believe me, go play with mean it Point by Point VI.

So what happens if you assign shared clones?  A big freakin mess '.  You will have no control over which clone called where, and there will be a major data corruption.

This is why FGVs are almost always not reentrant.

  • Mail in Outlook Express 6 does not leave the box shipping and beneficiaries say they receive multiple copies of the same message.

    original title: Outlook Express 6.0

Recently, when I send an e-mail message by using Outlook Express 6.0 three things happen:

    (1) he does not leave the Outbox, unless I have to go in and manually remove it.

    (2) my report of recipients receiving multiple copies of the same message (for example, received the same email 6 times)

Your sent items folder is corrupted.  Move or copy messages from the folder that you want to keep.  Then close OE and delete the file sent items.dbx and outbox.dbx (hidden).  OE will then create new ones, and that should solve the problem.

Because your files has been corrupted, you might consider backup before they get completely corrupt and in addition, you could go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  This will give you a base of new messages, not corrupted, and you then go to file | Import | Messages and import them from the old identity.

  • Multiple copies of the same file

I don't know it is a simple question, but can I, or rather, how I can have multiple copies of the same pdf file open?  I want to be able to compare pages, for example looking at a figure by reading the description in the text.  I tried the obvious way to open the file again, but it bounced just to the already open window.  Thanks for any help.

Or try the menu option: window > Split - it will allow you to see the two views of the same document.

  • How can I open multiple copies of Firefox - like I used to do on the old computer?

I have a new computer and downloaded Firefox 28.0 I need to have multiple copies of Firefox opened at the same time when working on projects. Using tabs is completely unacceptable, because I do not see a piece of information at a time. I don't know anything about programming, so please don't tell me to do anything related to that. Is the best solution to remove the new version and return to the old ones?

One thing I do in this case is to open several tabs, and then drag one tab away from others. When you drag the tab away it will open in its own window, which gives you what sounds like you after.

    Good luck!

  • Mail rules, creation of multiple copies of the same message

I have set up three rules of e-mail in Outlook Express 6 for four e-mail accounts so that incoming emails go to a certain folder depending on which mail account, it is sent to (the fourth goes to the Inbox).  My problem is that if someone sends an email to multiple recipients, i.e. at the address #1 and CC address #2 and #3 address, I get the email as many times as there are beneficiaries in each folder, in this case three copies per issue, for a total of nine copies of the same message.  Why does this happen?  Is this because all four addresses are set up with the same host and so are one in the same?

How do I get an email to the appropriate folder, without receiving multiple, including when someone is CC had?

First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it anything you want. (Reception-2 box)?  Use it to one of the accounts, as well as the default Inbox for the other. Add more as needed.

    Then create a message rule.

Where the message comes from the specified account.
Move it to the specified folder & stop processing more rules.
Click: specified account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
Click: specified folder and select the folder that you created.
    Name the rule.

Move this rule at the top of the list of rules , and incoming messages will be separated into their respective folders.
  • How can we prevent the Explorer of research according to the records of multiple copies of the same file?

Several slightly different copies of the same file, but subfolders will appear in Windows 7 when you perform a global search for files with specific attributes (e.g., size, date, extension).  If you delete a file, you really are by deleting all the files reported.  What are the steps to perform a search and don't report the real file rather than multiple versions of shadow or shortcut of the file?

    Example:
Research on all files on the C drive beyond 1 GB, I receive a report in which there are 4 files
    games_file. ISO 7,084,400,688 1/1/2011 12:00 am a C:\Documents and settings\COMPUTER\Documents\Stuff\Apps
    games_file. ISO 7,084,400,688 1/1/2011 12:00 am a C:\Documents and settings\COMPUTER\My Documents\Stuff\Apps
    games_file. ISO 7,084,400,688 1/1/2011 12:00 am by C:\Users\COMPUTER\Documents\Stuff\Apps
    games_file. ISO 7,084,400,688 1/1/2011 12:00 am has C:\Users\COMPUTER\My Documents\Stuff\Apps

WOW - I can save 21 GB deleting 3 files, right?  Nope, it's all the same physical file.  It should be reported as such.

    Hello

I suggest to check indexed locations and make sure that duplicate records are not explicitly added. If they do, delete or rebuild the search index and check if the problem is still there

    Change advanced indexing options

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/change-advanced-indexing-options

If the problem persists, then create a new user account and verify.

    Create a user account

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/create-a-user-account

Create a test file in the same location, and check if the same file is returned multiple times.

If this isn't the case, then follow the steps mentioned in the link to transfer data from the old user account for the new user account.

  • hiding playback, ho multiple copies of the data?

I'm trying to understand the functioning of the readings for a virtual machine that is reflected through 2 different ESXi:

On VMware Virtual SAN 6.0 pdf design and Sizing Guide, I read:

When there are multiple replicas of the Virtual SAN divided up to the caching of the data uniformly blocks between copies of the replica.

In an another blog post, I read:

VSAN always try to make sure he sends a reading given to the same replica so that the block gets put in cache only once in the cluster

I understand that the 2 sentences are so... now very different, I do not understand how the placement of the data cached reading really. works.

    How does the read cache?

An example of TFT = 1.

In this case, there are two copies of the data.

Based on the offset we read on the VMDK, we will that is read from the first VMDK/copy data, or the second copy/VMDK data.

This block is then cached in the matte layer on the same disk group as we read the block.

So each block is cached only once, in the disk group where the block is read and not cached in two disk groups.

You can extrapolate this output for FTT = 2 and FTT = 3.

  • What is the function is used to read the form of angular Position a task?

Thank you in advance for any advice!

    Hi Izzy,

I created the task UP. The task takes in the counter of an encoder input and converts it to angular position. Always use the DAQmxReadCounterF64 function to read the meter? I'm guessing that I made and that the function returns the angular position, rather than the raw numbers. Not sure if.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.

  • Multiple Copies of the printer under other devices

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on an HP desktop with a wireless HP printer.  I found hundreds of copies of the printer in the device (see below) Manager.  I was not able to remove an any of them, even if logged on as administrator.  Any ideas?  Thank you

    Hello renewed,

Thanks for posting your question on the Forum of the Microsoft community.

I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

    1. Did you of recent changes (hardware or software) on your computer?
    2. You have references to the same printer or different printers in the Device Manager list?
    3. How you try to delete the printers?

Try the following steps to remove the printer.

    1. Right click on desktop, create a new shortcut with the target under 'cmd.exe'.
    2. Right-click on the shortcut, 'run as administrator'
    3. Run the printui tool: printui/s/T2
    4. Try to remove printers. If this does not work...
    5. Click Start > run > Services.msc
    6. Locate the Print Spooler serviceand right click > Properties > stop him.
    7. Open my computer and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\Printers (you need to clickOK'to go to the folder).
    8. DELETE the contents of this folder.
    9. Restart it service print spooler.
    10. Go back into printui utillity (you may need to restart using the same method as above) and try to delete printers again. This time it should work. If necessary, see the "Ports" tab and delete all TCP/IP ports that are associated with the old printer.

Finally and above all, check other computers on your home network to see if one of these map to the old printer and remove these mappings.

Hope it would help. If the problem persists always post back with answers to the question, the current state of your computer and the result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to help you.

  • Cannot print multiple copies at the same time

  • Accumulate multiple copies of the same message in the drafts folder. How fix us this behavior?

My wife is the buyer for our company. She will begin an email to a provider at some point in the day and will build on it all day, alternating between enamel and the sites of system and catalogues and supplier of Point of sale (and other unrelated things) until she is satisfied with its agenda, then it will send it offshore. It seems that whenever she leaves the message that she made a copy of it is made in the drafts folder. Her, she'll have a dozen or several copies of the same project accumulating in there. This makes it cluttered and confusing - especially since she often ten different e-mails that she works on all day. (It's a complex world and she is a complex person!) The drafts folder becomes very full.

Normally, if she gets a message that she is working on the composition (a project), he asks if she wants to save it. She said yes, but still, all these earlier copies exist and do not disappear until she removes them manually. It can take a lot of time, and from time to time, she accidentally removes the most recent copy.

There may be a setting that fixes this, but I'm not. From our point of view, something is broken. Curiously, he does not on my system, but doing it on the computer in our store, too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Summary to reproduce:
    1. start a new email and add text.
    2. go off and do other work.
3 come back and add a little more to it.
    4 make a few loops # 2 then go.
    5. the email without sending output. Click on "save a copy in the drafts.
6 go to the drafts folder and it will have several earlier drafts of the same message.
    7. While manually removing the excess drafts, accidentally delete the newest one.
8 jump up and down, cursing and throwing something to your spouse who has been unable to solve this problem on its own.

In the menu bar, select Tools-Options-Composition-General

Turn off the automatic backup option or set a time you can live with that.

No menu bar? Press the ALT key.

Looks like you may have to re-create your mailbox. You must do this for each box mailbox that has the problem (Inbox, sent, etc...).

Note that the mailbox will be empty until the rebuild is complete and the reconstruction may take some time if you have a lot of emails and attachments.

Address postal (Yosemite): rebuild the mailboxes
