• Multiple textfields on one page or one?

  Hello

  It is better to have multiple textfields on one page (A4, nothing complicated, see attachment), or just one?

  I guess if I had to have one, by applying styles to paragraphs to titles, body text, and so on, I would get a more consistent spacing between things and I wouldn't have to depend on a manually by aligning things to grids on each page. Any thoughts?

  You better have all the text in a single image per page.

  You can use the paragraph Styles for the text you want to apply a space before and one space after.

  You can also apply to body text keep Options so that you have widows or orphans on your page.

  If you do things in indvidual blocks of text then this is a night Mare when the text moves as headers will not move with the text.

  With the help of styles will keep your coherent document and using the spacing options in the styles will keep the coherent document.

  The Ctrl Key, select 4 photos you want to print.

  In the main menu, select print.

  I created a post card that I need to be sent to customers. To save money, we put three postcards on 12 x one 18 sheet of paper. I'm putting three mergers of data on each sheet for the addresses of customers. Is this possible? I can provide a picture if necessary.

  It is quite possible, as I often do for the variable data on labels Avery labels. However, our printer should be able to get this done for you automatically if you print this digitally. Our Canon printers have the ability position (front and back) 2 - up, 3 copies files, etc. I don't know that this is the case for most digital printers on the market. Ask your printer and they should do it automatically, in which case you build the file at full size and merge data as usual.

  Never-the-less, here's how do it manually:

  1. create your 12 "x 18" document in InDesign CC (2014).

  2. drag your postcard art 12 "x 18" paper and create crop marks manually for this model of postcard art.

  3. position the art of model of post card in the upper left corner of the document.

  4. card all of your variables as usual in this art of model of a postcard on the two pages to your. CSV file.

  5. in your data merge Paletteand in the Drop Down Menu in the upper right hand corner, select create a new Document merged.

  6. in the section of documents for the Page of the Document , select multiple records and then at the bottom of the dialog box select Overview several cliché registration.

  7. click on the multiple record layout tab.

  8. adjust the margins and the spacing between the columns in the dialog boxes depending on your intention of positioning and design specifications.

  9. press the OK button so that InDesign can start to create a merged document on all of your variables.* list *.

  * If you just want to generate a PDF file then in step 5, instead of select Create a merged Document hit export to PDF.

  NOTE: This is possible with a unilateral design. If you need to print graphics across the postcard (for purposes of dissemination of course), you will have to do this process again exactly the same way, in another document InDesign manually create pages between existing on the front pages and then paste in place, to another InDesign document.

  Ive encountered a strange problem:

  I have 2 MSO placed on a page. the two MSOS can be activated (= become visible) and both of them have a slide show HTML (via contenuWeb) in the visible state. Each HTML slideshow contains different images and are the two HTML files separated into different folders...

  User/dps_content/article_a/mso_a/Gallery/gallery.html

  User/dps_content/article_a/mso_b/Gallery/gallery.html

  However, every time I test the page with my iPad, two galleries show the same exact images. which of the images depends on wich webcontent that I placed last.  When I opened the two gallery.html in a regular as browser chrome or safari two slideshows are displayed correctly, so the HTML code works perfectly.

  I have a PDF v22 with CS6 and iPad Folio 3.

  I'm sure that you must give the galleries of unique file names. If they are both called gallery.html you will encounter problems. It goes the same for assets used in the galleries.

  I use MX2004, ASP, database Access and you have a misprint. What I have is 3 pages related to the shapes on each page containing data from an Access database. What I want to do is to give the user a single button or command to print the contents of the separate pages 3 on 1 print job. I can probably design a new page that resembles what I need the output, but since I already have 3 pages of work as it should, I don't want to create a redundant page that combines all the data. I looked at CSS, XML, PDF-writer, but none seems to be the right choice. Any ideas?

• Forms sank and flowing from one page to the other

  Good day all

  I have created a form and that will span 2 pages before it is filled. Basically I have a full page and 3 text boxes on the second page. All sub_forms are set to "cast" that there are a number of areas that are able to expand as needed.

  I created earlier forms that are one page long and when the form expands and goes to the second page, all right.

  I am running at the moment it is, when the first page of the form develops on the second page, the page breaks second to page 3,.

  Question: Is it possible that I can have the first page flow in the second page without the second original page, creating a 3^rd page.

  If everything is cast, then the question is you have two pages defined in your design? If you do then that is your problem. In a completely past environment, you set the 1st page and all put on a page of the... .the product will force page like mandatory breaks when the form is planned on. To do this, in the view hierarchy drag objects on page 2 on the bottom of page 1, and then delete the empty page 2.

• Can you have multiple forms of contact in a single site of Muse?

  I have a site created in the Muse who need to use multiple forms of contact of a sort.  One is a simple contact form.  Other two are sign up forms. In two of the three forms, I have to separate the first and last names.  Also in people there are several custom fields and Message fields.

  The original simple contact form works very well and has been.  However, I modified a page by adding a second form, the first of these two forms of registration.  She was beautiful in Muse, but when the downloaded from the site, all fields have disappeared, leaving only the labels in a single paragraph.

  Is this to say that I can't have contact multiple forms in a single site?  If I can, then what might have caused the problem?  And what would suggest you for me to try to fix it?

  Blog and sign is outside what Muse is built for, but there are two basic alternatives:

  1. let Business Catalyst handle them with a marketing plan or

  2 Wordpress blog and point to him with an iframe or have your bar manu go IE host it off-site.

• HP Officejet Pro K8600: Power light + resume light flashing after printing only one Page

  After trying to print a document of several page, the printer produced a page and then the power light and the resume light (page feed) Flash. I also tried to print multiple copies of a page, but that leads to the same result.

  I can get the lights extinguish by turning printer off then turn it back on. But it will always print that one front page the same lights begin to Flash. I did six times in a row just to print a six page document.

  I went through all the steps in troubleshooting HP software. Not like searching for cleaning print heads, re-seats cartridges, etc., fragments of paper. Nothing seems to work.

  Thank you for your response. However, none of the suggestions could solve the problem. ALTHOUGH the light guide troubleshooting that you provided was close to the solution.

  I came across the solution by reading the PDF manual for the printer. On page 77, it describes the power led + resume light flashing. One of the causes for this using EXPIRES of CARTRIDGES of INK, CARTRIDGES RECHARGEES or NON HP CARTRIDGES.

  WARNING: It is important to note that if your printer is still under warranty, DO NOT DO THIS. HP notes in the manual using this substitution can void the warranty against damage caused by the use of faulty ink cartridges, obsolete or not allowed.

  SOLUTION:

  While the power light and button resume flashing, press and hold the power button and press the button repeat 3 times. This replaces the "apparent" internal error message to use the cartridges you have installed. It may also cause a print cartridge alignment page.

  MY OPINION:

  It is important to note the HP cautioned against it, it FIXED MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY! I know that the cartridges that I have installed are in agreement. Like many HP owners out there, I take advantage of sales and have stored on cartridges. I guess some may "expires" before you install it. In my view, the idea of "expiring" cartridges also somewhat falls into this column to "How can do us buy more ink?" What kind of market we create where it's cheaper to buy a new printer than to buy a new set of cartridges/toners? BUT it's a slippery slope... let's not go there.

  I exported a PDF of several pages of Filemaker, I want to make a form. Is there a way to format all pages at once, so I don't go through page by page to identify and format the form fields one by one?

  Acrobat has a feature which will automatically add the field where he thinks they should go, but this process is limited, especially if it does not add the fields wherever they go or does not add not the right type of fields (checkboxes instead of radio buttons, instead of drop-down lists text fields). You will probably have to change the fields to specify the font, font size, ToolTip text, format type, etc., but scripts can often be used to speed up this process.
