• AUTOFLOW several images on one page

  This seems to be an easy question, but I can't make it work.

  I have three blocks of text set up on a master page, tied 1 - 2, 2-> 3

  I want to autoflow a document through the three images, add pages as needed at the end of the document.

  Any function of automatic placement, I chose when you place a text, only indesign document fills two blocks of text and stops. He never fills the third image on the page, and it adds the pages.

  If I load the cursor of the second image and try automatic infinity in the third, it fills just the third frame and stops. I think it's because I already modified it the master by filling the first two frames - is that why I can't run more than two images at first?

  I'm suspicious that the problem is not the executives, but the text itself, and has by chance something in the next line which makes it too long to adapt to the width of the frame. We can test for this by removing a few lines of text that are currently visible and see if the outline is complete, or if the last line moves upward and it is empty.

  You do not SHIFT, Alt/Opt when you clicked the first image, right?

  You can use a widget of composition for this purpose.

  Place the widget Youtube library widget within the 'target' of the composition and resize both the objective and the widget youtube according to your wish.

  First of all, I'll admit that I'm a novice as far as DPS goes... the app, that I'm getting is only my second attempt. I managed to bring together the bones of it, but I have problems with some video files.

  I realized just today that you can use installation animation InDesign because it uses Flash (this app for the iPad).

  That's what I have to achieve: on one page, there are numbers 1, 2, and 3, vertical. These are buttons. When each button, I select a line of text to fade beside him.

  I couldn't get this to work with a sequence of images so I created three movies. I dropped one and it faded into a fine when it has been pressed.

  The problem is when I press the 2 key, the text (film) next to the button one disappears. Is it possible to keep all three films showing their last image at a time?

  Sorry it's a bit long winded... hope you can help people!

  For each button an ESM 2-State would do the job perfectly.

  Updated recently to work for Win 7 to XP, I never had a problem with print 35 photos on one page before until the new Windows 7 came and all screw them.

  I have an error code that appears constantly if I try to print more than 9 pictures on a single page.

  Can someone help please

  1. what program you print from?

  2. What is the exact error message error code?

  3. what you print on (type/brand/model paper size, printer)

• How to print two images on one page?

  Can someone tell me how to print two or more images of the Photos app on a single page?  I often print on fabric and should be able to print multiple photos on a single sheet.  This would also work if I could place photos exactly an area of 8.5 "x 11".  Then I could simply make several passes with each photo in a different location.

  I create a file of data merge to create a travelogue of emergency contacts. The previous file was done in Publisher (YUCK) and needs to be rethought. I'm trying to set up the file properly in InDesign to perform a data merge in which there are 3 contacts per page (one primary, secondary and substitute for each county in New York). See below

  You have the same problem with which I tried to help in this thread: repeat pages

  As you've found data merge InDesign really only merges a record of several sets of fields... OR (what you want)... multiple records to a set of fields.

  So what you need is just a set of fields; one. Follow these steps:

  

  And delete everything except the first page.

  1. Now, with emphasis on the page of the document (and not his mistress), choose Create a merged Document in the data merge Panel menu.

  OK, so it's more like the numbering of tickets...

  I do number lists in Excel because it's really easy to them there with AutoFill, then save the sub form of text, every number is a new paragraph. On the master page, you can set up your threaded frames and apply a paragraph style that has an Option keep initially in the next section, then you can go to the first page, hold down the SHIFT key and place the text file in the first image (don't substitute the framework first, however), and ID will add pages until all your numbers are used.

• Unable to print only one page in a multiple page / image tiff file using Windows Photo Gallery

  IT seems that for Windows Vista Photo Gallery is able to display multiple images in a TIFF file format when printing, but it does not select the image to be printed. Whenever I print a tiff image file two pages to print.  Since most of my photos are in TIFF format, and each contains two images one by one another at a reduced resolution and normal resolution I'm only interested in printing the first image and not the second.  I really don't want to convert all my photos in a different format.  Does anyone know if there is a setting to fix this?

  I suggest measures are:

  1. try to print the image in MS Paint, steps to follow:

  i. Click Start, in the search box, type in the paint

  II. open the document to print

  III. click on print and check

  2. change the format of an image file and check if this problem is still happening. You can change the type of file to the JPEG/JPG format. Steps to follow:

  i. right click on the file type

  II. select Rename

  III. the extension .jpg or .jepg replace

  IV. and then try to print

  I have pdf files (about 1000) and all of them have several files. Is it possible using Acrobat DC (grammatically or using a function or tool) I can change everything in batch to have an image at the bottom of each page?

  The same image on each page in each file? If so, you can use the command Add watermark in an action brought in Acrobat Pro to achieve this.

  You can select all the images and delete, else you will have to select the images individually that you want to remove.

  At any time, you can click "selection tool (V)" to get out of the text frame.

  I suppose you're running a 32-bit Windows version - if PS CC 2015 is available but LR CC 2015 is not.

  Help / System Info in LR 5 and look for Application Architecture and System Architecture a few lines down in the list of information.   Something with a 32 or x 86 is 32-bit.  Something with x 64 is 64-bit.

  You will need a 64 bit OS to run LR CC or LR 6.

• Problems with the export of PDF to TIFF (a PDF page export also several images in TIFF format)

  Using Acrobat X professional, I'm trying to convert a PDF to multiple page in multiple TIFF files - that is, each page of the PDF file is converted to a TIFF file (for example, a PDF file with 50 pages would cause 50 TIFF).

  I created a remedy so that I can possibly process batches of PDFs. My action in two stages:

  (1) flatten layers

  (2) export all images as TIFF

  -the files are exported to a folder on a network drive

  -file settings are: Monochrome = CCITT G4 / grayscale = LZW / color = LZW

  -color management: RGB = off / off = CMYK / grayscale = off

  -conversion: color space: determine automatically / resolution: 300 pixels/inch

  -extraction: exclude the lower images: no limit

  My PDF is searchable (OCR has been applied). I checked the file to see if it has all the layers - this isn't. The file was created with InDesign.

  Basically, once the action performed there are several exported for each page - TIFF files and when I open the TIFFs they are parts of each PDF page. For example, if a single PDF page has three images on it then three TIFFs are exported for each image instead of a TIFF that is identical to the single PDF page. Then, when I try to treat a PDF with 50 pages that I'm left with is a folder with 150 TIFF files (and not 50 TIFF files - a TIFF for each page of the PDF).

  Here is an example of how files are renamed due to export:

  • HD_08_Issue2_E_Page_02_Image_0001.tif
  • HD_08_Issue2_E_Page_02_Image_0002.tif
  • HD_08_Issue2_E_Page_02_Image_0003.tif
  • HD_08_Issue2_E_Page_02_Image_0004.tif
  • HD_08_Issue2_E_Page_02_Image_0005.tif

  I tried to use the action on a PDF file that had not been OCR'ed and I had no such problem. The only thing I can think is that it is the OCR which is the origin of each page of the file PDF to split into multiple images? The majority of the files that I need to convert PDF to TIFF had applied OCR.

  In a Save command, you can use the export to TIFF in the output Format.
