• NEITHER Veristand 2014 does not appear in the generation of Code from MATLAB R2014a

  Hello

  I installed NI Veristand 2014 after installation of MATLAB R2014a. I restarted my PC and tried to apply the example sinewave. I looked at the code generation in model configuration settings Simulink, but could not find the NIVeristand option as shown in the video. Here is a screenshot of the target file system:

  Unfortunately the behavior you are touched by is a flaw in our automatic installer of the MATLAB R2014a detection. The NI VeriStand 2014 node that you see in the window of parameters of the installation program hides in fact several other unique options. The default selections expected automatic selection supported MATLAB if MATLAB was detected successfully by our Installer, unfortunately, this procedure has failed.

  To work around this:

  1 restart the Installer settings window
  2. in the characteristic parameters (your second picture) window, left-click on the image next to the label of NI VeriStand 2014
  3. you should now be presented with the option, with customization - choose this option.
  4 4 proceder proceed to installation, thereafter you presented with custom product options VeriStand.
  5. in the list of features VeriStand, select NI VeriStand 2014 model framework
  6. proceed with the installation.

  After that, restart MATLAB and then again. If the installation was successful, on the revival of the command window MATLAB will display the initialization string NI VeriStnad 2014. Please note that we have documented this problem and make an effort to remedy.

  

• multiple problems

  I use a desktop HP p7-1154 with Windows 7 computer.

  I'll have multiple problems but not stabilize those. Sometimes when I go on Internet Explorer, I get more than one copy of opening. Then, I sometimes get the message "Internet Explorer has stopped working" and will close. This will be repeated at the opening or while I'm online. Duplicates are also on the opening of different programs.

  Some photo programs that I use, breast different tools do not work. Program companies say that they have never heard of this problem, even after that I performed their suggestions.

  When someone plays games of cards on this HP sometimes when they click on a map several cards open, ruin this game.

  I ran Virus and Checkup, Spybot Search & Destroy to Norton, CC Cleaner, Malware Bytes and most of them said 'No problems a' I also do not have a system back Restore Point far enough away from using it.

  I'd appreciate any suggestions really.

  Most of the things have been resolved. We always get several cards when you play, but I can live with that. The Internet issue is corrected, which makes me very grateful...

• Windows Vista/Defender telling me that I have multiple problems after update

  I use Windows Vista.  I've had problems since getting an update a few days ago.  Windows Defender is constantly telling me that I have multiple problems - if nothing has changed outside the Windows Update.  When I try to open my Convert (bought) the DVD program, it displays the message from the Red Cross stating that "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.  May not be the appropriate permissions for access you to them.  I should have all permissions on a computer at home.

  Many people find such problems with CS6 in El Capitan. There will be no update for CS6, it has reached its end of life.

  Today, I had the opportunity to work with a user of Muse with the same problem after you perform the troubleshooting steps in the post above we decided to communicate with the host.

  Later, I learned to know that host IP of the user of Muse and they managed to unlock and muse began to connect to the FTP host.

  I have another host scenario suggests Muse to add user : 21 to the FTP address and then Muse was able to connect.

  I'm playing with VeriStand 2010 and my cRIO-9074. I'm just trying to deploy a very simple application of VeriStand on the cRIO, but I can't get VeriStand to connect properly to the cRIO. I get error 63. Would it be a problem that the cRIO is configured using LabVIEW 2009 and I use VeriStand 2010? Glancing at the MAX software on the cRIO contained NOR-RIO 3.4.0 (minimal) that contains time LabVIEW Real 9.0.1.

  In the Add/Remove programs for your cRIO in MAX dialog, you will also need to select custom Setup to see the installation component VeriStand engine.

  OK - I have tons of probs!  In December 2014, I thought my browser had been hacked and so I installed AdBlock and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home Premium.  I also had McAfee Total Protection.  I think it helped at all computer seems to work very well.   Fast forward - we are in HI on vacation and I try to start my computer and nothing happens (January 2015).  Not knowing what to do, I find a local computer man announced on the internet (no office, works out of his home).  He me $200 costs and communicates it cleaned & fixed to the top of my computer.  It doesn't seem to work better for about 3 + months BUT then things start to happen, it freezes and then my desk top becomes completely white.  In addition, my computer would not hold a charge, even when it is plugged.  So I bought a new computer cord, thinking it was the power cord.   Apparently, it wasn't - but I change outlets regularly whenever I use computer and so then it will load for about 2 hours before stopping (this part is ok, but I wonder if there is something inside the computer that doesn't work?).  In 4 months, sometimes it takes time from 4-5 to get the computer to start usually letting by startup repair.  It takes so as immediately to start the screen goes all white and all I can do is shut down and start again.  When the screen becomes white, I always try to maintain Control, Alt and delete that sometimes allows you to computer try again to restart and sometimes not.

  What should I do?    Should I try restoring the system to early January 2014, when things worked ok?  Regularly, I do all the updates of windows and run scans.  I think my computer is always good - perhaps need to add little RAM?   Help, please!

  Delete all the software, but AN ONLY of good quality such as Bitdefender Antivirus product.

  Remove the Malwarebytes, McAfee and MSE, AFTER that you have a good antivirus product in hand to install it.  If you have any other installed program whose goal is to make Windows run better or safer, remove it also.  Smart DeFrag 4 is one of these.  There is no need of it. Windows 7 will do a good job of defragmenting and all the space that you have that you don't use, defragmentation is a very low priority.

  On 24 October, I wrote not to be able to use my PC because of suspected malware. No browser wouldn't work; I would get only a blank tab and at the end of the day, a box of the connection is lost when the page reloaded, or something like that.

  Since then, I took to a store where they said they fixed it. They spilled everything and reinstalled some of what was there. Until I got it home, I could see that both browsers have worked at the store, but when I got home - nothing. I brought and they have reinstalled other things that they have forgotten, including my VPN. Again, it works in the shop but NOT AT MY HOUSE!

  I also have a Mac laptop that I used all this time without any problem. I even had my web guy to come out and fix a wire on the router, so now I have several Mbps. Two computers worked fine until one day, when the PC just screwed up. In addition, the PC is used mainly to watch TV outside the country; the Mac is for emails, printing, scanning and browsing the internet. Both are wi - fi enabled.

  So, why am I having this problem with my PC so that my Mac is fine with the same internet and energy source?

  Hello again, Rajesh, thanks for responding. Because we sent the last time, I had my internet people come out and they needed to repair two lines in the router. Unfortunately, that has not take care of the problem so I had another guy tech look at the. When he returns the tour of my house, he said that it was working. Well, even once, it doesn't with me. It turns out that the tech guy found the third wire into the router need replacing. I was one of those who have so he replaced. I don't understand why the internet Guy didn't catch when they fixed the other two. Duh! The wrong wire was the one that connects to the back of the tower. Thus, he now works again. Finally.

• Problem with Indesign 2014 CC (Creative Cloud)

  I tried to install InDesign Creative CC 2014 (in Mac) compared to the clouds but the installation hangs in 17%... Check the logs shows me that there is a problem with the file.

  Hello and sorry for my bad English! I have strange problems with Illustrator CC 2014 UI. Here are my specs:

  I'll post a grab to show what it looks like. It happens randomly while I'm working. Last GPU drivers and GPU performance is off (no changes).

  It sounds like a video driver issue, but it can also occur when another application interacts with the video driver somehow. I could start by restarting in Mode safe mode and see if Illustrator can handle the screen without these problems. If the game is played on your system, they can sometimes leave the GPU in a strange state.

  I'm having a problem when I create a certain script multiplication where is just is not calculating correctly.  Its looks simple, but with my knowledge of scripts, I am unable to understand.  I read these forums and used a script that I found in another thread and it works for one of the calculations that I do, but then it does not work for another which does essentially the same thing.

  So here's the scenario - I have a longer calculation of subtraction multiplication then back to the multiplication and the final multiplication script is the I can't work correctly even if I copied and pasted one (which works fine) and adjust the field values. I don't understand. The calc looks like this

  -Text 4

  = Text 5

  x 6 text

  = Text 7

  So, I have in the script customized for the first solution of multiplication.
