Muse in iframe page inside the iframe links

HI - hope someone can help me.

I have created a web page in Muse and uses an iframe to display on the home page of an existing Web site.  Below in the big blue box, you can see the iframe to display.  Note the blue area around one of the links:

link1.jpg

When you click this link, here's what happens:

link2.jpg

The page inside the iframe, which I don't want to happen.  I'm back in Muse and selected the "open in a new window" for links, who comes here to open links in a separate tab or a new window, which will not work.

Can someone help me understand how to open links in the same parent window, but not inside the iframe?  I have to change the Muse exported HTML page to make it work?  I could put something inside the HEAD, on the Muse page before exporting?  Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi - I found the solution.  Add this to the head in the properties of the page and it works:

    Is it possible to display a webpage site inside the App from the DPS? for example, the user click on the subscription banner/Sign Up, and the app will present page e-commerce from the website owner.

    Thank you

    If I understand the question, you have several options. You can create a banner with a URL. Target when the user clicks on the banner, the web page opens in a browser in app. The user then click done to dismiss the browser. Another option is to make a link to a Web site in an article.

  • Muse to export pages in php but links are always html

    After the update to MuseCC 2015.2 when exporting pages being created to my FTP server have the extension .php (which I think is wrong) and all links in pages are still trying to point to pages .html resulting in a 404 error. I can't seem to change the output of Muse, are the bad links or pages?

    Thanks in advance

    Liquid PHP is the script used for forms. Muse creates pages with forms, so that they are able to run properly, the versions of php. Certainly, it should not affect the structure of the site.

    You have a link to the live site with the problem?

    A solution would be to export the site in HTML format, then transfer it independently using a FTP client.

  • Need to reference user PKID for frmPrint page inside the PLM_HOME\web\gsm\Print

    Dear all,

    We need to send the USER-PKID via the button "print" inside the PLM_HOME\web\gsm\Print\frmPrint.aspx, I'm trying to implement using the same suggestion inside this URL https://forums.oracle.com/message/11059357#11059357

    So I understand four under the namespace in the page of frmPrint.aspx side.

    < % @ import namespace="Xeno.Web.UI.Common.Utils"% >
    < % @ import Namespace = "Xeno.Prodika.Application" % > "
    < % @ import Namespace = "Xeno.Prodika.Services" % > "
    < % @ import Namespace = "Xeno.Prodika.Common" % > "

    Adding javascript to reteriving user PKID system, with outside of the header section.

    < script language = "javascript" >

    function GetUserPKID()
    {
    return ' < % = ((IUserService) AppPlatformHelper.ApplicationManager.ServiceManager [typeof (IUserService).). FullName]). UserContext.User.PKID% > ';
    }

    < /script >

    and then, we'll use it below inside the frmprint.aspx to open the new URL with UserPKID has been attached.

    newwindow = window.open ('http://vsvr-plmdev02.cpf.co.th/ICERPT/frmPrint.aspx?pkid= ' + SpecID +' & rpt = rptPackMatCoverSheet_Print & param = ' + Spec_id_list +' & UserID ='+ GetUserPKID(,),' height = 400 width = 200' ');

    But after restarting IIS, I found the error message as below

    BC30108: "IUserService' is a type and cannot be used as an expression.

    Can someone please help?

    Please use below to get the userID because it must use the VB GSM syntax:

  • Display the Page in the Menu links without previous names?

    The pages in the menu hyperlinks show all the previous names of the pages.  So if I create a page named "Page 1" then switch to outline and duplicate page, rename to "Page 2", when I look at the list of hyperlinks pages, he calls my new page duplicated "Page 1: Page 2". "  In fact, it comes out very quick: "Page 1: Page 2: Page 3: Page 4".  You get the idea.  Is anyway to show just the name of the page that I renamed to?  I don't care about the previous names, he called and the other problem is that the names get cut as they lie down and I have to you place the cursor on the list item to get the full name and last name so I called.  If it is a 'feature', how can I disable it?  Thank you.

    The reason that you have found in the menu links is because you add pages under the previous page of your plan rather than beside him.

    When adding pages below another page, you add actually there a subpage in the links menu it shows the path parent and childeren.

    Where as if you add new pages next to the first page you get...

    Hope that helps...

  • How to make a hyperlink to go to a random page in the Muse?

    Hi guys,.

    I'm working on a Muse website which has a series of pages (say 50) that it contains, each with an illustration different high resolution on this subject. I would like to have a button that, when clicked, selects a random page in this 50 and takes you there. I'm back and forward buttons that guide you through the pages one at a time, but a button randomizer would be really nice to have too.

    So, is there a simple way to do this? A widget? HTML? Or did I miss something even simpler. Help!

    Thanks in advance,

    Josh.

    This site gives the button an id #... you also give the pages an id # and I would display them inside an iframe which (you guessed it) has its own id # and name

    Once you have numbers you can do a math behind the seens as x = (x + 1), if x = 9, then x = 1 to assign the id to choose a number between 1 and 9, and then you view this page inside the iframe... There is nothing random about these codes and people can continue to push the button until all options come back , but I have a question the idea that people want even a page randomly... its your design partner more power to you.

  • How to insert the web object inside the SCORM package?

    I want to put my own HTML page inside the SCORM package and open it then SCORM-courses will be publish in my LMS.

    So I tried to use web-object in Adobe Captivate and address bar entered page.html.

    Then I published SCORM 1.2 course and rolled my page.html inside this ZIP package.

    After that, I publish this course in Moodle LMS and SCORM-cloud.

    But this course was launched in both systems - page.html does not appear on the slides!

    In this case, I tried to put my page.html inside the SCORM package and after the publication of LMS must be downloaded to LMS as sending to the web server.

    As you can see I try to use the link, but it does not work.

    What I've done wrong?

    Any suggestions?

    If you use Captivate 8 or 9, you can zip the HTML page and insert into Captivate as a HTML5 Animation. This should work for you.

  • Unable to get the name of the page in the portlet

    I have different XML generated dynamically rendered in the same Java portlet. To change the URLS for each of these XML screens, I created different pages, but all of them contain the same portlet. How can I get the information of the page inside the portlet I know what XML to render?

    Hello

    You can access the PageBackingContext / PagePresentationContext of objects through the PortletRequest request:

    HttpServletRequest hsr = (HttpServletRequest)request.getAttribute("javax.servlet.request");

    PageBackingContext pbc = PageBackingContext.getPageBackingContext(hsr); // Action or event phases only
    PagePresentationContext ppc = PagePresentationContext.getPagePresentationContext(hsr); // Render or resource phases only

    You can also generate URLS with all the desired parameters, by using the javax.portlet.RenderResponse object to create an action, or make the URL:
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E15919_01/WLP.1032/e14255/javax/portlet/MimeResponse.html#createRenderURL _

    You can set parameters on this URL using the setParameter (name, value):
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E15919_01/WLP.1032/e14255/javax/portlet/baseurl.html#setParameter_java_lang_String__java_lang_String _

    and then read the values of the parameters of your PortletRequest.getParameter () method:
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E15919_01/WLP.1032/e14255/javax/portlet/PortletRequest.html#getParameter_java_lang_String _

    An iframe is a way to integrate one web page inside another. You can not open the link directly (I tried). Without doubt this is supposed to show some information on Google Maps, but you will have to go back where he comes and try another approach.

  • linking directly from the page of the muse to the subdirectory outside the muse.

    I have a Muse site with pages, assets, etc. to the normal root level. I have a subdirectory below the files, (root)/subdirectory/testpage.html, that have been downloaded to this subdirectory out of the muse.

    I can set a link to subdirectory/testpage.html in a page of muse, and it is not marked as an error.

    When I download the page the link works as expected and that it shows testpage.html

    This is not documented anywhere I can find. Since it is not documented, if I use it in my site is likely to be removed in a future version? This is a feature not documented, or is he never considered a bug?

    For the phrase it differently: this is the design philosophy of Muse "all that is not expressly prohibited is permitted" or "all that is not expressly permitted is forbidden"?

    You can link to any valid address outside your site from a site of Muse generated, if permissions allow.

    Check this thread, use .pdf in Adobe Muse

    He talks of the .pdf files in the discussion, you can use your html instead of the PDF file.

  • I can't edit the Adobe Muse site pages in the In-Browser-edition. I can only edit the mainpage not the inside pages.

    Hello

    I can't edit the Adobe Muse site pages in the In-Browser-edition. I can only edit the mainpage not the inside pages.

    Thank you

    Hello again,

    I discovered the error. There is a problem with special characters in in-navigation-editing. If the menu item has a special character as a tittle, N, etc. I can't edit this page and I get the error:

    I changed the name of the Muse pages, downloaded again and now it works.

  • After you have imported into Muse, clicking on links load new page within the animation

    I created an animation (cursor functionality with button) and placed a link on the button to go to another page via the "_self" tag at the end after the url tag.

    Once I import into Muse, and then publish... I clicked on one of the buttons with a url link to it which should replace the current page with a new page... but it loads the new page as part of the animation! A slap.

    Is this a bug? Here's a live link and click on the button in the animation of cursor 'BUY THIS THEME' and you'll see what I mean.

    Or I do something wrong?

    Use rather _top as the target url.

  • Custom button link just inside the frame of webhelp, not on the entire page

    Hello

    I use Robohelp 8 to create a WebHelp that I linked to a word document. Everything turned out great so far, but one of the last things I'm doing is creating a custom content and Search button that is labeled "SharePoint". I want that this button is a link to the site of our company so that when users are made with the WebHelp, they can simply click on the button and that it will take them back to SharePoint.

    I created the button and made a connection, but the problem that I am running is that when they click on the button, our SharePoint site appears as part of WebHelp, not the entire page. I don't know if it's possible, but I would like users to be able to click on the button and our SharePoint site appears on the entire page instead of just inside the frame of WebHelp. Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello

    You want the Sharepoint page to totally replace the WebHelp output in the browser window? If so, choose the option for JavaScript and use the code below for the OnClick field:

    parent. Location ='http://www.desiredsite.com'

    Of course you replace your link where it says http://www.desiredsite.com.

  • Anyone know how to change a submenu link to an internal page of the Muse at an external link?

    I contacted Adobe and they said, that it cannot really be done. You create a completely new menu manual to make it work. This seems silly to me.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    1. go in the plan view and create a page at the position you want the external link appears in your menu and name it correctly.

    2. right click on this page and choose "Menu Options/Include Page without hyperlink."

    3. place a widget menu and look for the entry of "not a hyperlink" page it contains.

    4. click on the menu item, up to the upper left corner in the application of the label "Menu Item" window appears.

    5. go to the menu in the strip of higher order drop-down 'Hyperlinks' and enter your external link.

    6 done.
