  Hi Planckster,

  A report by Fax of Confirmation is an available option when sending the device itself.

  When sending a fax from your PC, you can find the most recent history of fax by opening the HP software.

  Click on manage the Fax setting, and click Fax history.
  The screen list a report on the recent work of fax, a printed report is not an option for this task, however.

  How can I force my browser to download new content directly from the server? It was possible to do so using the SHIFT key pressed and make page reload at the same time. I tried and it didn't work. I'm doing something wrong?

  You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

• Cannot control printer HP 6510 directly from the computer

  I use the HP - 6510 B222a printer and used to be able to control all functions directly from the computer.  All options would appear in a window allowing me to select an assignment (printing, scanning, etc.).  All of a sudden, this option disappeared and now I can only control functions of the printer from the small screen on the printer itself.  Can someone help me with this problem?  I wish I could go back to control everything directly from the computer.  In addition, there is no way to determine the levels of ink on the computer screen.  Thanks for your help.

  Files on the Clip + can be seen under mode ID3 (such as the podcasts folder) or folder view.  They are not physically twice.

  As to not see the files of clips on your computer:

  When your player is connected to your computer using USB MSC (set under settings of the player), your computer only see files that had been moved to the drive when the drive is connected in MSC mode.  Similarly with regard to the MTP mode.  However, all the files appear and can be played on your player, under some USB mode setting.

  A reason why some people prefer to set the USB Mode on their player to MSC or MTP: setting Auto, the Player tries to connect in MTP mode but then you will return in MSC mode if the connection of the MTP does not; as a result, you can have a mixture of MSC and MTP mode transferred the files to your drive, making some of them isn't visible on your computer without going to the other USB mode.

  Because MSC mode is more universal (playing with a wide range of operating systems, including Linux and on Mac, and without the need for Windows Media Player on the computer), some people prefer MSC mode.  However, note that the DRM (digital rights management) files need MTP mode - they will not transfer enough (the DRM license will not transfer) in MSC mode.

Then I started from scratch - unplugged everything related to the CFP and also deleted the previous PSC software installed on the computer. Then I plugged in the printer and re-downloaded software. Tested to request a scan of the PSC and it worked - double checked by stop and to remit all running and I tried to request a scan of the PSC again and it worked again. So, it seemed to be a combination of renewal with Windows 10 and setting up of the PSC from scratch, to solve this, at least for me. Thanks for your patience! I don't think something regarding my download Windows 10 had something to do with mess up the signal from the PSC to the computer and I had to put fresh once again.

  It's basic Boolean math.

  Read the byte.  If you want to determine the value of a particular bit, you AND another value.  For bit 0 AND it with 1 for bit 1 AND 2.  ANDing with 128 will give you the value of bit 7 (bit 8 and higher).  If the result is 0, then the bit is set to false.  If the result is > 0, then the bit is true.

  Even easier is to take the number and convert it into a boolean number table function Boolean Array in the palette of the Boolean.  Then, you can index the particular Boolean you want from the table.
