• Muse/Typekit question

  Hello

  I have two CC of Muse and an account of portfolio Typkit (same e-mail and connection).

  When I try to add fonts, I click on the tab typekit says 266 font families and a green banner at the bottom: upgrade to a paid plan and access even more superb typekit fonts.

  I wouldn't have access to more than 266 families of fonts?

  I'm looking to add proxima nova.

• Muse (phone) questioned

  Hello

  So I created a site, www.camdenacademics.com.au a problem appeared after the creation of the 'Phone' of the site version. See image. You will notice that it is left quite a grey area to the right of the page. In Muse design mode it displays as edge to edge however I can not get this space right disappear?

  Any ideas on how this can be remedied?

• How fast is Muse Patch questions?

  I see that the boards are becoming flooded with YouTube embed issue. I will always have this problem myself. Looks like that's not specific to make me so I guess that Muse will address and resolve the problem. Does anyone know how long it usually takes Adobe issues patch like this?

• Muse publishing questions

  With the help of Muse v7.2 Build 232, CL 779928

  Trying to republish for rehearsals site temp persuasivepixel.businesscatalyst.com error message: error loading file XXXXX. There was no line from the server. I see some forum discussions releated to jpeg images and a recommendation to reset and turn off SSL on Windows. I publish from a MAC Pro running OS X 10.9.1.

  The error message provides the option to continue, and at times, but it will be eventually hangs up. It hangs at different times during the release cycle, but always after that HTML pages are published.

  This issue is now at the point the costs money.

  

  We have been able to reproduce this problem and it seems related to delays in intermittent transmission to servers Business Catalyst Catalyst Business Engineering is currently studying the cause of this. We will post an update as soon as the issue has been tested as fixed on our end.

  I recently removed Muse through clouds of my computer. I would now like to re install and Cloud says that he is up to date. I cnt see otherwise to download. Can you help me please?

• How to use the numbers Hinidi in Muse?

  I created a site in the Arabic language using the Arabic font by default (only available in Muse Arab police).  When I use numbers such as 2015 it is shown as 2015 as if English is the (which is ironically called Arabic numerals).  It should numbers then in Arab symbols (which is called Hindi numbers).   The image below illustrates the problem.  How we can convert Arabic numbers in Hindi numbers in Muse (using the Arabic language)?

  

  Muse can't stand not Hindi numbers as an Illustrator. There are a few problems if you work deeply with muse in questions arrangement and menu fonts.

  I think signing up for Adobe Muse as I'm familiar with photoshop/indesign so it would fit me perfectly. However I don't have 1 website then pay for the odd tweak for months seems excessive. I'd be able to join on a monthly basis and then buy the subscription of one month again on any month where I might need to update my website (this would happen probably only 1 or 2 times a year). I know that this is probably not the best option for me, but I wanted to check before going in a direction not adobe for my Web site. Thanks in advance!

• . Downloadable PDF in Muse

  I have a link on my site to download a .pdf file. On it but every time it opens it in a window where we can download it from there. I don't want this window to open it, I would rather download .pdf automatically as the .pdf is interactive. Is it possible to force the download, rather than opening it in a new window.

  I used the function of hyperlinks in muse and linked to a file. Also, I don't have no 'open a new selected window '.

  Each browser is configured differently.  If a visitor has their browser configured to open pdf files in the browser, then it's going to happen no matter what, conversely if they put to download then it will only ever download.  If unfortunately (as I know), there is no way to force a browser of visitors only download a pdf file.  If it is a .zip file, then it will be forced to download.  There is a mention of this problem but I do not know how it would be implemented in muse incorporate - how to force PDFs to open it in the browser - stack overflow

• Muse crashes when syncing

  I receive the following message if poster when you try to synchronize the site of adobe muse after customer has made updates to the browser: "Adobe Muse CC met a now error and will exit. Please report last few actions you have taken to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team.  toXHTML returns a string that could not be parsed as XML"then muse crashes. Can you please advise me on this.   In your documents directory, there should be a file called MuseLog.txt. Could you please send that to me? He could have information about the crash. Also, if you could send me your file to muse I take a peek and try to reproduce the crash. If files are larger than 20 MB, please use a service to share files such as Dropbox or send Adobe.

• Muse switches do not logon accounts

  I create three sites in MUSE. It is live and running found an account paying on BC. The second and third are customer sites and I now use real problems.

  First of all, I am running MUSE Beta 7. I am trying to SWITCH of ACCOUNTS in PREFERENCES so that I can download a customer site using a NEW ADOBE ID. I get the error message: "username or password is incorrect, please try again." (SEE PHOTO). The new Adobe ID client WORKS PERFECTLY on the Internet Sign-in Adobe site page.

  So I went to my ADMIN on BC and updated updated instead of the track for the client to a site FEE and thought that I could switch the account from BC for the new site of PAID to a new USER ID ADODBE. But no, there seems to be no way to change a user paying in the PARTNER PORTAL to a new Adobe ID, then the customer has a log-in separate. I'm not a PARTNER paying for Business Catalyst, but I can't imagine BC lowering business.

  What can I do to recognize a new ADOBE ID in PREFERENCES of MUSE?

  And second, if someone in the MUSE team knows what to do about switching ID on accounts paid in British Colombia, please help as the forum for Business Catalyst doesn't seem to be booming with helpful employees.

  FYI: Best start Adobe have support staff who can address the TWO Business Catalyst and MUSE of questions since I'm not alone in the use of tools and Adobe pushes to have the products correspond as much as possible.

  I'm sorry that you still have questions. The next step might be to clear your login information and try again.

  1. Close all Adobe applications
  2. Remove the following directories:
     • Windows (Typeing in the bar, you should get the correct folder to delete):
       • % APPDATA%/... / Local/Adobe/OOBE
       • % APPDATA%/... / Local/Adobe/MBLStore
     • Mac:
       • /Application support/OOBE
       • /Application support/MBLStore
  3. Revive the Muse and try to connect again

  You can create a block of text inside the container, select the block of text, you should see that the container is also highlighted.
