  It appears in the Applications tab of the Task Manager?   If so, use with the right button go to the process about which app it is.   If the name of the Image doesn't have a clue you could also use ProcExp to see what is the command line.  (Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc to start TM.   Other OS show the command line in TM, but I don't think that makes XP.)

  Answered my own question.

  I've renamed the sub dir of the site on which it was necessary to open as DW started upward. I had worked on these same files in the directory of sup in CFEclipse.

  After I renamed the sub dir, I got a message as dw began to ask me questions on her not finding the dir sub that he was trying to open. I had the option to remove the "site" and everything was fine. I don't know who did anything, but it's the only anomaly I think.

  I was able to edit the files and I re add the site and everything's still fine.

  Hope this little tidbit can help some else in the future.
