(the i-phone of Firefox application does not have access to the same personalization as the desktop browser).

  It's to do with indexing. You need a windows 7 or above an indexer for the m4as to be indexed correctly, music should be sitting on a windows share 7, 8 or windows server 2008 or 2012.
