  Hello!
  DVD and CD playback is jerky and slow (sound and image). This problem occurred out of the blue! One day was playing very well and the next, when we tried to play a DVD is a different problem. I put the other DVD that plays very well the night before, but without success - it wasn't the DVD in particular. I tried the audio CD I played before and to my disappointment the same problem. I ripped a CD on my laptop and it played very well - it is not the sound card. I used a lens cleaner, but it did not work.

  I run Toshiba Diagnostics, no problem. I even scanned the HD and defrag, nothing - so I doubt there is a problem with Windows. Problem with two media players, windows one and the Nero one - is not due to lack of players. I drop the phone or hit him or spilled something on it.   I hope that your device to factory settings and not your own installation of the OS. You didn't write what CDs and DVDs you use, but I hope that use you the original one.

  I recently installed first items 10 and a have a good time with it until I noticed that turn a video clip makes reading very nervous and jerky. I checked my memory, system requirements and the speed of the processor. It's all good.  Choppy video only seems to happen when I turn a clip.

  Jen,

  You made the timeline/Clip, after applying the effect fixed > Rotation? If not, then just press enter/return test playback then.

  If you only made a Clip, or a part of the timeline, use the WAB (work area bar) of the to do.

• Flash crashing and video playback/Streaming problems

  Recently did a reinstall of Windows 7 and have experienced problems with Flash and video playback in general. Questions may or may not be related. I have not detected problems with the opera and so I think that these are problems of Firefox. 3 major video sites that I use are (HTML 5 player) YouTube, twitch.tvand Crunchyroll.

  (1) flash very quickly and systematically accidents

     * Specifically noted when viewing streams on twitch.tv
     * Often crashes within a minute, almost certainly within a few minutes
     * Crash logs provided below
  

  (2) reading crashes

     * Occurs on all 3 sites
     * On twitch, stream freezes (but Flash does not crash). On YouTube, loading circle comes up and video freezes
     * If this occurs on twitch, Flash less likely to officially crash
  

  (3) volume cuts

     * Occurs on all 3 sites
     * If this occurs on twitch, Flash may still crash after
     * I've had volume issues with my system in general, with volume occasionally cutting in gaming programs, such as League of   Legends and Hearthstone. That being said, I do not experience this issue with Opera and this only occurs on video playback in Firefox.

  Attempts at Solutions:

     * Disabled hardware acceleration in Flash
     * Reinstalled/Updated Flash and (I think) made sure there is only one version of Flash
     * Reinstalled/Updated Firefox
     * Cleared cookies/cache/other stored web data
     * Updated all drivers
  

  I wouldn't stop using Firefox as my preferred browser and works fine on all my other devices, but if the problem persists, I'll have to. Any help or insight is appreciated!

There are 81 000 files in my folder of music, with 35 000 files in a subfolder of my iTunes. iTunes has about 10,000 songs. Some songs are in my music only and some are in the music/iTunes/media folder. Some are both. With 81 000 files, it is impossible to set this manually. Is it possible to do this with iTunes?  I've never played music with other programs. Is the set of the 'my music' folder in Windows managed by iTunes?  I have a double file Finder application that will get rid of DUP, but I worry that a lot of the music is not in iTunes game. How can I fix the entire folder? Where can I I start again with iTunes game?

  Double check the app folder or home screen.

  Cannot delete the built-in app, so go to settings - general - reset - Reset available to the home screen.

• My Documents contains shortcuts to my music, my pictures, and my videos

  In Explorer Windows Win 7 (64), libraries for My Documents, my music, my pictures, and my videos are correctly displayed.

  However, the left pane shows that in My Documents, in addition to personal folders, I created, there are shortcuts for my music, my pictures, and my videos. These show that access is denied when I click on them.

  If I select My Documents in the left pane the three shortcuts are not displayed in the right pane.

  They are shortcuts, so you can right-click / they / them and click on delete.

  Shortcuts always display the curved right arrow symbol,.

  Then right click the libraries list and click on restore default libraries.
