  With regard to the cancellation of a plan without penalty goes, this is something only Adobe Support can organize to contact you through.  I guess you have to pay for the new system first before they will consider allowing it.

  I think that most of the providers third eComm with the "estimate" function that allows a user to enter a basket but not actually buy. Take a look at individual suppliers that Muse has widgets to see if any of them have this feature.
