My account/create cloud membership cancellation
Hello, I bought creative could a year for school last year. Now I'm in different education and more do not need for creative cloud. I think I had auto-disabled on my subscription renewal, but again, I probably got a ton of emails telling me that I had to update my payment information our my membership could be cancelled. So annoyed of these emails and fearing I had auto-renewal turned on on I went to manually cancel my account/subscription. This proved to not be a simple task, because I could not contact support to cancel my account. After now raise an invoice I am fearing that the whole process could end in a late payment, because I do not seem able to cancel my automatic renewal. Can someone tell my how cancel this please or someone who works for adobe could at least confirm that I won't get a payment late in my name?

SoerenSoeren1988 I checked the e-mail address you used to post on this forum and their has never been an Adobe membership applied to this account.
I recommend you to contact our team of support directly to Contact Customer Service to locate the address/Adobe ID of the email that contains your membership.

Creating cloud membership-Adobe Application Manager install problem
I recently signed up for the composition of creative cloud.
I downloaded Adobe Application Manager. (After that I logged on the site of creative cloud)
I can download applications, extract it, and then it fails to start the installation or is unable to complete the installation. (For example on Muse it will fail to exceed the 16%)
My operating system is windows 7. There i7, 1 GB, ram 8 graphics card, /specs etc are not a problem.
I tried to run the installer from adobe cleaner, I uninstalled all adobe products, several times. I have changed the preferences for the location of the download several times. Nothing works.
Also, I run with adminstrator priv adobe application manager.
My windows user account is an administrator.
I waited for hours without any sign of progress.
The program does not report any errors that it just is not to proceed with the installation.
... Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
OK SOLVED THE PROBLEM
This is certainly not the fix I was hoping, but it works. Essentially a reason any the vcredist exe does not load correctly the internal files in the exe file. What I had to do was use 7zip to extract all of the internal files in the exe file. Then I renamed the primary file inside the executable file that adobe is looking for. Right after it extracted I deleted the default adobe exe file and pasted all the internal files with the primary internal file renamed the default adobe exe file. Worked like a charm
Certainly a pain but at least it works... Also it took me more than 20 hours to solve this problem. So I'm pretty upset.
It was adobes fault beause they should of already extracted the internal files in the program instead of being lazy and leave in the exe file.

@I have to cancel my account cloud creative, simply because I don't use it any more. The links you provide to cancel my subscripton are useless. It keeps sending me around cirlces. Whenever I log in, I click on 'manage my account', then below highlighted in blue, I click on "cancel my subscription". Only to be wrapped around according to consistantly by clicking on 'Customer Support' then click on ' still Nedd help? Contact us. "over and over again. This company needs to create a system where consumers could easily contact customer, not not being swung around in circles.

Try to cancel the subscription by using any other browser, apart from the one you already use.
Also try to reset the settings of the browser and delete the cookies before you try to cancel the subscription online

I am being charged every month for what was initially a monthly subscription of InDesign. I want to cancel this subscription because I have not used in the month, but when I connect to my account and try to manage my account, the only thing showing in my products is a free creative cloud membership. The only product shown under my account being a free membership, there is no option for the cancellation. In addition, I give myself the opportunity to contact support by phone or chat. I see that you have Adobe ID under the same email as with forums. After checking reviews, according to me, you had a cloud creative subscription
which is now cancelled and you received as well a credit for the same thing.

We were members of creative cloud and when the membership was to be renewed, we asked one month free. This leads to 2 accounts creative cloud on our page... a renewed and paid for and the other related to the temporary use. How get rid of the temporary use of a month? Yes.
Adobe does not monitor your status as a student through the year and close the stopcock that day you graduate.
All that matters is that you qualify for student status when registering. Once you are accepted, your 12 month plan is frozen for 12 months until the next renewal date.
However, check the eligibility requirements to see if your path and your institution is eligible
