My account/create cloud membership cancellation

Hello, I bought creative could a year for school last year. Now I'm in different education and more do not need for creative cloud. I think I had auto-disabled on my subscription renewal, but again, I probably got a ton of emails telling me that I had to update my payment information our my membership could be cancelled. So annoyed of these emails and fearing I had auto-renewal turned on on I went to manually cancel my account/subscription. This proved to not be a simple task, because I could not contact support to cancel my account. After now raise an invoice I am fearing that the whole process could end in a late payment, because I do not seem able to cancel my automatic renewal. Can someone tell my how cancel this please or someone who works for adobe could at least confirm that I won't get a payment late in my name?
