  If you are on subscription, you just install it on your new computer and sign in with your ID Adobe that you used to buy PS when you arrive up to two installs, it will tell you that you have exceeded you install limit and asks if you want to disconnect other computers. Just so disconnect you. No need to have to disable or call Adobe!

• Illustrator CC hangs and crashes since switching to the new computer

  A few weeks ago, I got a new computer at work. Ever since then, Illustrator CC hangs and then crashes after having been opened or reduced to a minimum for a little while. HE tried to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator several times and even exchanged maps charts twice without success. I'm stuck doing an office away from an old computer everytime I want to use Illustrator. I never had this problem on my old machine.

  The crash is never immediate; It is always after the Illustrator has been open for a little while. If it is minimized, when I try to bring it to the top, everything that the restorations is a small gray rectangle in the upper left corner of my screen. So when I try to fill the taskbar Illustrator, it crashes. This is the error it gives:

  You can try to reinstall using the way complete three steps (the otherwise strange things may persist):

  (1) uninstall (check the box to delete the preferences),

  (2) run the cleanup tool, see the link below,

  (3) reinstall.

  If you're using Skype for installed desktop (http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-windows/downloading/) or a Windows 7 computer, you will need to sign the directors and the personal account first so that the application will recognize the two usernames. After signing the two accounts, you will now be able to see the drop down menu and select your Skype names.

  My laptop (i5, running Win 7) is my workhorse computer that had all my favorite settings stored. I added a new office (AMD, Win 8.1) that will be used as a multimedia entertainment unit, but when I connected the cable to install FireFox it replaced all the settings in my laptop with the new computer.
