You just bought a macbook pro retina. Why the resolution of the camera is terrible? Is there a solution?

The facetime camera is only 720 p, which is 0.92 megapixel. Same 1080 p is only 2.07mp.

It's really designed only for video calls, if you really want to make HiRes video on the internet.

  • Beautiful images high resolution in photoshop look looking terribly pixelated when scaled down in movement 5... How can I avoid this?

I'm working on a project with a customer logo and title... both are downloaded from the internet in high resolution and crisp and wonderful look in Photoshop. However, when I drop in my 1, 080 x 1, 080 5 movement project and adapts them to the size, they must be in animation, all this freshness becomes terribly pixelated.

It looks like a problem of aliasing to me... the text generated by movement in my document looks great, so I guess that's not a draft too low resolution (1, 080 x 1, 080 seems high enough resolution for me!). I'm fairly new to Motion, so I feel like there's just something obvious that I forget... any help is appreciated!

If the logos are available on the internet, please post a link to one or more of them, then we can see what the issue might be. The only way (in general) occurs in images pixelation is if the scale becomes higher than 100%. Which can happen even if you are down, but with the help of a camera view revision or position Z to make the image appear closer.

Is there something else on the project involving a zoom, positioning, and/or put across?

  • Acrobat XI on MacBook Pro retina drops the scroll of PDFs

    Hi all.

I have seen a lot of discussions around the net on a slow scrolling on macbook and acrobat pro, but after trying a few things I am obliged to ask me for help.

I have a MacBook Pro 15 retina "end 2012 and fully updated Mountain Lion (10.8.3), there the SSD and I hit him with the upgrade of the processor and the ram on purchase upgrades."

For most applications it is very fortunately quickly - including, I should say a large part of the suite CS6.

But when it comes using PDF files in Acrobat XI it is really almost unusable.  Interface for scrolling and scrolling lag hesitation is overwhelmed.  It doesn't seem to matter too much if it's a large or small PDF number of pages or the size of the images - IE the pages of texts which are rendered instead of text.

Of course, some of the PDF files I use generally are quite long and wide. I'm frustrated at present more than one which is 690 pages but only 5 MB - 300 pages and less than 2 MB, but they bogged down something horrible.

And the most frustrating thing is when I open their preview they scroll through everything as quickly and cleanly as they do on my iPAD!

I tried to reinstall, I tried to uncheck "run in 32-bit" and I looked at each internal adjustment, I can find nothing doesn't.

Can anyone suggest anything that could be causing it is so slooowly on this platform who should eat look at a simple pdf and in annotating alive - (and I have yet the point where I'd be confident adding PitStop etc.)

I'm sorry it doesn't work for you, and if I write we support Retina Display, it because we

You should not change the info.plist file to support retina display (except if you have messy hair with a previous installation to try to support retina display as it is proposed to do for MS Office on certain websites).

Menus, toolbars, dialog boxes... are all rendered at full resolution and if other users confirm that, then maybe you should yourself question on this subject rather than accuse Adobe of a compatible software Retina no shipping...

Jon brings a good point to ask you to check the plist file. Supports Acrobat 11.0.03 same retina display (in the user interface only, not the view of document), so there is NO WAY you get pixelated menus with a regular install.

BTW - on a different thread I asked you to double check that you are under 11.0.04 and possibly provide a screenshot. I'll be happy to help you if you really have a problem. Let me know if you need someone from Adobe to provide you with some support.

    Thank you

  • I am looking to buy a new MacBook Pro - can I use my current CS6 software?

I installed on my current MacBook to CS6 - I am looking to buy a new MacBook and I was wondering if it is possible to use the same CS6 software for the new?

As I don't use the current MacBook when I get a new one, should I uninstall CS6 on the current and just install it on the new? Which will work?

I have the drive, the serial number and the product code.

Sarahk6971268, we invite you to install the software on your new MacBook.  I recommend you to disable the software on the computer you're considering is no longer on the use.  You can find more details about the activation with the help of Activation & deactivationprocess.

  • MacBook Pro + Retina, all applications are pixelated?

Hi, I just bought a new Macbook Pro with the Retina display. I am currently running the entire Application creative Cloud (CS6) on my iMac, so I downloaded the "Adobe Application Manager" with my account and then downloaded later creative cloud on my new laptop computer.

Each Application runs pixelated? Icons, text, etc. The Application Manager says there is no update? (Example of additional information - Photoshop CS6 says: 13.0 x 64 Version)

    Thank you

This is where it can get really confusing.

In this era of cloud, there are always two versions of Photoshop: Cloud and perpetual.

Cloud version: (not applicable to the perpetual) 13.1.2

Perpetual: 13.0.4 (not applicable to the clouds, from which the screenshot you posted)

    l http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/Photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updates-now-available.htm

To avoid trying to download not applicable updates and make mistakes, your best bet is to go to individual applications and click Update from there (which, for Cloud versions, will launch the MAO)

I recently built a new system on my Mac Pro with OSX 10.10.3. I reinstalled all my creative cloud apps, which includes Acrobat DC. Acrobat continually crashes after a few minutes of use. The message says:

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

If this problem persists, please contact Adobe technical support help and mention the error code displayed at the bottom of this screen.

    Error: 1

BUT I can not uninstall the creative cloud. I get this message.

I think that my best option is to use the Adobe App Cleaner tool, but I would ask here first of all thought. I searched the forum and found this problem reported by others, but haven't seen the answers.

It's a good thing my old system is still intact on another drive. I'd be in serious trouble do not have access to Acrobat.

    Antonio-

You are right that you should disable the software if you have already installed and enabled on both computers. Then, you will be able to put it on another computer. Depending on whether you purchased the software or use a subscription to creative cloud, here are the methods to use:

  • Question I look at KODI cable HDMI MacBook Pro 13"

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch with the retina display; 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 processor and an a 6100 Graphics Iris Intel running iOS EL Capitan 10.11.3.

My MBPro has an HDMI port that I'm supposed to be able to connect to and watch on my TV. When I connect the HDMI to the TV, I met a few scenarios.

My desk top appears on the TV (even if it is a modified version of my office, in what most of my icons are not displayed)

I can hear the show on television but not to see the movie on the TV; KODO always plays on the MBPro.

I can watch on my MBPro KODI but I would prefer to watch on the big screen.

    I tried:

    connection cable before I start,

cable connection during execution of KODI

go to System Preferences / display and AirPlay of selection and non-selection and mirrored and I really have no idea if anything else that I can solve this problem.

    Help, please.

With the connected HDMI, available to the default view will be a desktop for your Mac and one for the TV.

You can drag the window from application KODO to the TV screen to see her there. See System Preferences > monitors > Arrangement to see where the TV is set, probably to the right of the screen of the Mac. You can also drag TV to a favorite place there too.

Alternatively, if you select mirror display in System Preferences > displays both screens will display the same content.

  • Photoshop CC macbook pro retina = terrible mouse zoom

    Hello

    Can someone please help.

I used MS mouse, (have magic mouse but its horrible)

PS, to zoom in and out of the picture with the wheel, it zoomed in these important steps. Even when you press shift, which is a little better.

I can't believe with a 15 inch MB pro retina, I can't really have smooth (small step) zoom in/out.

It really affects how you work

I installed the MS driver for the mouse.

    Any help much appreciated

Have you tried unistalling the microsoft drivers?

I'm guessing that you have installed the IntelliPoint mouse software.

The mouse should scroll in much smaller increments in photoshop just using the standard OS x mouse driver.

  • Text looks terrible in Acrobat MS Windows 10

I recently installed Creative cloud including Acrobat DC on Windows 10. When I view a PDF file on the screen, the text looks terrible. It is pixelated and one alias. Text seems also thinner than it should be. Meanwhile, the borders are pronounced slightly more than they were in Word. Images don't look like much either. I looked around a framework of anti-aliasing, but cannot locate one. I have attached a picture for comparison. (Not sure if it will let you see full-size however).

    Acrobat.png

So, is it just an easy setting I can fix it, I'm missing? PDF files used to look great in DC on Windows 7. So is this a problem of Windows 10?

    Thank you.

    Hi PaulFAubin,

Could you please open the file > properties > fonts and check to see if the fonts are included.

Open "Edit > Preferences > Page display" and see the text smooth for laptop screens / LCD is selected.

    Kind regards

  • Muse interface looks pixelated

I have a Mac Book Pro Retina display, but Muse interface seems pixelated. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thank you!

There is no difficulty to end user. Unfortunately the resolution retina for the user of Muse interface activation requires significant changes within the Muse. We are working on that, but the changes are not likely to be complete this year.
