When I go to the settings page, it says its in English but is not, its in French (I speak and read English only)... On two different browsers. ... Can someone help here?

    I have an Early 2009 Mac Pro with two separate disk with operating system drives bootable. A bootable disk drive is for general use.  This disc also contains the program Adobe cloud and all downloaded programs. The other (new) disk drive is ONLY dedicated to my audio and video programs and is kept clean and well optimized. However, I still have to download Adobe Cloud on it. So here's my question. Can I store and use Adobe cloud and all its programs on TWO startup disk drives located on the SAME computer? Obviously I can only boot to a hard drive at a time. (Eventually, I'll remove Adobe Cloud & programs on the bootable disc General once I am convinced that everything is installed and configured correctly on the second, devoted by car.)

    Number of activations of CC is based on the Machine ID & the Adobe ID, with which it is connected.

    So, I think that if the machine ID is same & Adobe ID is same so you can use CC on even 2 SSD from the same computer.

    It seems that the installation has been corrupted. I called sales and asked them to put me through to the support - usually works :-)

    They were really good, has returned to my Mac using Join.Me and deleted the old files out and reinstalled - works a dream now!

    I bought adding Adobe Cloud student-to-teacher and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about a year, with payments to be made. Shortly after I finished the payments, my computer fried.

    I bought a new one and there seems to be no way for me to find a serial number or re - download the file for my products?

    Is this a normal problem?

    I'm running on a Lenovo Edge 2 and uses Windows 10.

    Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

    Without the help of Adobe I tried to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

    In the user guide for AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool Adobe says contact us if there are errors in the log after you run this tool and guess what there are errors in the log file, but there is no way to contact the Support from Adobe and to get this other file for them. I've been a customer of creative cloud for months, and use that I got from her was ridiculously low all this lack of reliability. I really miss the days you installed only once a year and maybe fix something and then you were set for a year of cruise with your Adobe products. I am very disappointed, and unless Adobe can help I'll leave Adobe forever because there is no excuse to sell something that does not work and do not provide support at the same time. In a last-ditch attempt to get the resolution and since there is no other way for me to get this log file for Adobe I paste the contents of the log file of the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool here in hope that some support and product engineer will do something about it.   • Host_SingleInstance error messge when you try to install Adobe Cloud

    I got the software Adobe reader before Microsoft decided to upgrade my Windows 7 to 10 of Wndows OS.  I'm stuck in the middle.  Message from Microsoft - restore Windows7.  Hings not much restored.indluding Adobe.  Could not reinstall Adobe reader.  Now cannot install Adobe Cloud.

    If you had a problem with your upgrade from 7 to 10, you should fix that.  first back up all your personal files.  helpfully, they are not on your drive c, but if they are, move them.

    then you may be able to make a direct installation win 10.  Google how to do it.

    If you are unable to do so, you should do an install fresh win 7 (not repair), activate your Windows 7 and then upgrade to win 10 save nothing of your installation of win 7 If you have a pure win 10 install.

    Otherwise, if you want to try and lay with what can be a problematic os, you can uninstall anything cc which is installed in clean by the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems , restart your computer and try installing the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
