My arrows don't work in Firefox. I can't use them to scroll a page.

Somehow, I pressed a key combination on my keyboard which now always puts a cursor in my Internet browser page content. And now when I try to use my arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll to the bottom of e-mail, content, etc., it jumps to the top of the page instead of scrolling. How can I fix?

Yes, this is called "keyboard navigation" and you can disable it on the page of preferences here:

  • Mac, either:

    • button '3-bar' menu > Preferences > advanced > general mini-onglet
    • Firefox menu > Preferences > advanced > general mini-onglet
  • Windows, either:

    • button '3-bar' menu > Options > advanced > general mini-onglet
    • Tools menu > Options > advanced > general mini-onglet

Uncheck "always use the cursor keys to navigate through the pages."

Success?
