I need the macromedia projector to see Big Fish Games strategy guides. It is said that it does not work! Also my games won't go to full size but stay in the smallest size. I don't know when in the last 2 weeks, what happened. I was in the hosptial and came home, computer to update and I've had problems since.  Downloaded DirectX as recommended in the reading of other problems, but it did not help. Would appreciate ANY help. This grandmother is not super computer but have got along very well for years even with new programs. Thank you!

    a. click the Start button, right click on "computer", and then select properties from the list.

    b. click on 'system protection', click on the "Advanced" tab and click the settings button in the performance section, then click the Data Execution Prevention tab.

    c. There should be two selections, and "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" must be selected. Click on the Add button and navigate to the folder that your game/app for (usually located in the folder program files). Click on the .exe file in the folder that launches the application.

    d. run the game and check if it works well.

I've had Big Fish Games on my computer for over a year now and it has always worked well, but recently, when I downloaded games and tried to open them via the games Manager, I get a message that says "[White] has stopped working".  There is no error code or the name of the program, just a space empty.  Windows is trying to find a solution then is to say that he manages.  The games does not open and I end up having to delete them.  I tried to re - download but it does not work. I also tried looking at permissions for games using Microsoft various 'fix' programs, but no problem is found.  Can anyone help?

    Hello

It is possible that one of the installed application is at the origin of the conflict.

    Method 1.
We can check by placing the computer in the start menu clean upward to find this application. For more information about the clean boot, refer to the article below:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Method 2.
We can also find the module defaulty causing this problem by looking at the logs in Event Viewer.

Type eventvwr.msc/s in the address bar.

The list of all the events that are listed as 'Error' in the main window when you go to 'Newspapers Windows' and 'Application '. There is often a large number of them. Send us any ones you see listed for the last few days. (Please also do it for the log files in 'System'). When you do, provide us the name of the 'Source' and all that is listed in the description below the list of newspapers box when you click on one.

  • Windows 7 and big fish games

When trying to play big fish games I get only a very small screen.  It will not open in full screen.  I tried to run mode compatible xp and turn off windows 7 areo.  But then games does not open.
    Help, please.
    Thank you.

    Hello Heatherbp.

It's probably because games are running in low resolution.  There are a few things you could do on your screen and specific games.

First would be to change the resolution, in which the games are running, this is usually found in the video options.  However, these options are not all games.

The second option will depend on your monitor, if you use a desktop display it will likely options to stretch the image to fill the screen.  Even a laptop usually has something similar, although it can be controlled by software so it will not be controls on the front of the screen.  The documentation that came with your laptop should see him explain how do that Paul Smith - MVP Windows Desktop Experience for... • Cannot delete games using the Panel configuration or Big Fish Games Manager

After a game that I'm not going to buy, I'm trying to remove it with Big Fish Games Manager, but he has not worked, then I go to control panel, programs, highlight the game, uninstall.  The two methods are not working, they could remove a game once out of five times.  I get a message, wait for the last item is removed.  Usually I turn my Dell/Vista 32 Bit MS Office Small Business 2007, so I can start over the removal of these games.  Big Fish response is to go to the control panel.

    Nordine salvation,

1 have you made changes to your computer recently?
    2. you receive an error message when you try to uninstall the game?
    3. If Yes, what is the exact error message you get?
    4. what game you try to uninstall?
5 are you facing this problem only with specific programs?

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.
