• What is slp_dd_hathi_110_017.exe and how do I?

  I was repairing a corrupted install of Windows XP on a Dell laptop, and as part of what I have been reinstalling and updated the drivers for my Photosmart C7280.  I went to HP and Support drivers for my printer and OS, and methodically downloaded software page everything listed there except the beam of IT professionals.  Then after a pause of a few hours I came back and immediately after their installation, starting with the full set of features, and then the different update packages in order of the date of the release.  While doing this I had to return to the web page for each download to match the name of the file with the date of its release.

  When I was installing all the updates that are listed, I discovered that I had a file that has not been listed: slp_dd_hathi_110_017.exe.  I went ahead and installed without thinking, then started getting nervous because I didn't know what it was, or how he got there.  (My brain is fried hard to rebuild this machine).

  After many the web search and the HP support site, I found a post in this forum related to a file of the same name on ftp.hp.com: slp_dd_hathi_hpu_110_008.exe.  Then I searched the ftp site and found two separate copies of the file that I downloaded, but I still don't know what it is and how I got it.  Has been published on the support page when I was doing the downloads and removed at the time that I started to install?  What is a good update?  What is - this and why it is not listed with the other updates?

  The first error seems to be caused by a stackhash, that is, from my understanding, a confrontation with how the data are processed by memory; the origin of the memory down and produce the stackhash error. I could be wrong on this matter. But anyway it is a response to 'why what is happening' and not 'how to fix this. I guess that one of the drivers of HP is originally this question, but I wonder how I can find the source of the problem. I installed the debugger windows and trying to educate myself on how to debug .mdmp files found in the folder ReportQueue to solve the problem.

  The second error causes (corruption of heap?) access violation caused by KERNELBASE.dll and ntdll.dll? I don't know too much about the memory segment to go further on this issue.

  What I'm looking for is an explanation on how to use the windows debugger to direct me in the right direction, or for someone to take a look at the reports generated in my C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER folder to point me in the direction of which is the cause of the crash. I have these files uploaded to skydrive and am willing to share them to all of you who are willing to help.

  Here's a little story that I work with:

  Server 2008 R2 with 5 shared network printers.

  With the help of Pcounter for windows to manage printing.

  Printers are shared with the possibility for mac clients to connect and print to printers via LPD. LPD services are enabled on the server.

  Error seems to happen randomly, seems to be linked to mac users. Pcounter control service 'in silence' stop and kill the spooler. What I mean by "silently", is that the service seems to work normally, but if you go into the event viewer you see the above error messages, and then notice that the service must be restarted to make it work properly. I have been searching forums for the last few days to try to resolve this problem, the brain feels fried a little ATM, so I'm not sure information I can give more useful. I'll stop here and explain in more detail if necessary.

  I tried to update windows without success. I have XP Professional SP3, Media Center 2005. ESET antivirus and adaware. I ran MSRT, eset scan, scan adaware, all with no results. Updates, I try to get are: KB2347290, KB21121546, KB982802 KB981322 KB2141007.  I tried to run an update at a time and each of them at the same time with the same result.   KB980802 is an Important (not a criticism), updated for Windows XP. If you have decided to not not (re) install, you may need to hide so that updates automatic is not install it again.

  1. stop the automatic updates service:

  2 remove the contents of the download folder:

• Ink cartridge does not fit!

  This is the first time that I replace ink for my printer Photosmart Premium model #C410a.  Went to Staples and got 2 different cartridges on 2 different trips.  I replace the cartridge 564 is regular black ink, NOT black photo.  The cartridge is very thin.  First of all, I bought the regular black 564 and it was too big to fit in the space provided (the only place that would fit that size is the photo in the black).  So, I went back and got the 564XL. I was assured that he would do. Once again, too much fat.  So I went to the hp official shopping site to try to order through them. They didn't even have my model listed as a choice in the drop-down list to decide what ink I would buy.  The only numbers listed were: C4140, C4150 and C4180.  What is a girl to do? I'm so confused, and I need to print!

• OfficeJet J4680: Officejet J4680 offline in the middle of Windows 10 nightmare &amp; does not print

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and I am logged on as administrator. I am still immersed in an effort to remove Windows 7 after only 10 Windows, but not download or install a week ago. Apparently you updates of Windows is the culprit, and I restored it to what I hoped, was that before this poison pill, but I'm still real messed up. I'm still trying to determine what update caused the damage and uninstall.

  My Officejet J4680 printer hooked up on a print job and would not remove the work hung, so I unplugged and restarted the printer and restarted the computer. This printer has been disconnected, and I couldn't get it online.

  Softwear by printing HP and Dr. 4.7 update installed HP Officejet full feature software scan and driver 14.0.301.0 Got message "HP Support Solutions framework installed successfully. However, there was a problem to download/install HP Support Assistant. He will be tried again later. "Try later on its own or do I have to re - run?

  The network connection seems OK, (active port and driver, both seemed to be correct) and I tried to reinstall printer with "wired (Ethernet) or wireless network. Reinstalled successfully, the printer is shared, printed the test page, Logo Windows and "Windows Printer Test Page" printed, rest of the page is empty.

  All ideas, need more information, or should I just go ahead and try to uninstall the software and try again? Don't know how much of the nightmare of Windows 10 contributes to this. Hope someone has some ideas, that my brain is fried now!

  Thanks for getting back to me with all this detailed information!

  It shows your HP Officejet to use a "universal print driver" in your screenshots. In addition, because copies of your printer show installed as 'HPFCEF6D' it indicates that the universal print driver or the Windows driver is used to provide basic printing capability only. It does not resemble your HP Officejet Full Feature print and scan driver is actually installed at all at this stage.

  1. you can permanently delete all the copies of your printer showing installed at this time without worry, as we will reinstall your printer with the appropriate printer driver.

  2. once the printer has been removed from devices and printers (and the Device Manager if it allows) then proceed to step 4 to delete the files Temp.

  3 once the Temp files deleted using download full feature software and driver I've provided previously. When clear us Temp files it erases the download files downloaded and extracted to the installer so by deleting Temp files under step 4 , you will have a clean slate to work with the new download and install.

  4. you should be safe with just after the uninstallation steps I provided earlier rather then by running the brosseuse that you downloaded. Because the package full feature software and driver shows not currently installed and used by your printer probable scrubber won't do much.

  Good luck with reinstall it! I would like to know if you are having problems or have further questions.

• Cp7 how edit correct/incorrect/incomplete captions when stacked

  It is a day with Adobe Captivate for me. I looked everywhere for an answer without success. It's probably obvious, but go easy on me...

  When I insert a new Multiple Choice Quiz Slide, there are default captions for correct, erroneous, or incomplete. (see photo below) By default, the legends are stacked on each other. How can I change the text of captions under the caption at the top on a slide-by-slide basis. My idea was to change the incorrect caption for each slide indicate the right answer. I thought there was a way to access these legends through the menu or perhaps something like a Ctrl-click, but I can't understand it.

  Of course, I could just reposition it on the page but I love them where they are. I could move, change them and put back them... but I think no. There must be a better way. Please keep in mind that I don't want to change the default message for the legend. I want to change the "incorrect" caption on a slide-by-slide basis.

  Maybe there is another way to accomplish what I want to do. Perhaps the answer is obvious and I just missed it. Please help me! I tried Captivate for about 8 hours in a row and my brain is fried. Thank you!

  

  Hello and welcome to the forum,

  Normally only the incomplete and correct legend are stacked to me, the wrong is not in the same place, right? Arce that I do not understand the situation that you have shown in the first screenshot, I suspect that the incorrect legend is at the bottom of the stack. Because there is no way to temporarily hide the incorrect legend in a quick way (can be done, but is heavy)

  In accordion panel properties of Quiz Options, you can temporarily hide the incomplete caption and the correct caption, change the incorrect caption, and then make the Correct visible again, change it and finally make the incomplete visible.

  Another approach is as you showed to move. Then you can set everything up quickly:

  • the correct legend in place (you can use menu toolbar or click the right button Align)
  • using the accordion to transform in the correct legend properties panel, click up small curved arrow on the right and in this menu, select apply to all items of this type. all proper legends will then be in the same place, but would have the same size as well! So be careful to choose the greatest legend

  Are working on a template for Wordpress... again. The fishing area of lt is a div called "top_bar". Within this div, I have '.logo_wrapper' I have chosen to float left. The two div on the right were originally on the same line, but I wanted to '.nav, .subnav' to be both on the top and ".top_right" to be on the bottom, floating to the right.

  I have two questions here with how I am attemtping to manipulate the css code - and past the code css is what I have to work with, because the rest is in php. and I really don't want to change the model in this way.

  (1) when I put the '.nav, .subnav' to float to the right, it reverses the menu and he throws all the submenus. Of course, I want only it beging with 'Portfolio' (in fact, I view screenshot of my efforts in DW. The link I provided shows some menu items more.

  (2) in order to obtain the divs to sit one above the other, I added "width: 80%" is not necessarily a good thing because if someone has a smaller browser, then the divs get hit to low below logo.

  I tried to understand this still today and it seems to work for me. I did the

  float inside a div to make it appear on the right side of the page and then made
  • float left so it appears in the correct order.

• Compare with virtual machines running VMs

  So, recently, we had a major problem in our environment where a ton of virtual machines registered of VC and even became unmaged by facilitators, so we had to go to each host compare managed virtual machines running virtual machines.  Is there a way to do this in Powershell?  My brain is fried so I didn't have much luck.  Thank you!

  Could the script in this post, HowTo find all VMX files in all data warehouses and store them in VC?, maybe help you?
