  If you burn to a DVD disc in first items 10 and later versions, some choices are

  a. DVD-VIDEO standard screen or 4:3 16:9 on DVD disc

  I suggest you to contact Samsung support to get the drivers for the CD/DVD drive and install them. They will give you information on the replacement of the physical part. When you install the drivers, you will find them in the Device Manager as well.

  My hard drive died so I put a new in and installed Windows on a drive, but when I have just activated and put my product key does not work. In fact, I get this day by putting in and then it says character not aloud.

  Please can someone help? All I've done is put a new hard drive in but guess that Windows detects that the product key has been used on the old, which explains why it won't work on the new. What should I do to activate the key?

  If you delete a large number of items at the same time, it can take a while to remove finish. You should be able to click on the link empty Archives and once the Archive is empty see a message archive is empty.

  Looking at your metadata of account that you have still not 2 GB stored. The Archive contains the 854 files when you should be able to remove. Files page contains 16 files and the highest level and a folder with 36 files it contains.
