my CD player has more an Autorun feature in the properties of the CD... why and how to fix it?
I usually have an AutoPlay tab in the properties of CD box, where I could choose how it responds to an inserted CD; When a CD is inserted, a dialog to open, run, or go to the folder (or ignore). I seem to have it is no longer, but can't be sure when it disappeared. Now, all I get is the file open and need to look for the exe files or etc. I think that might have been caused by maleware, but I had my system cleaned and still can not get back the autorun. All other features, for example read/write work fine, which seems to indicate that the drivers are ok (in the Device Manager could find no updates). Among my research, I found mention of items in the registry, but when I looked the values were as it should (so I don't change anything). What happened is something I'd like to know yet realize it seems no way, mostly because I don't know when it changed. So, more importantly, I want to know how to retrieve.

CC for desktop computer has lost the applications Panel. How to fix this?
I'm on a Mac (Yosemite) and a University wide subscription plan, and everything was fine until a couple of weeks a go. Problems began with a recent update to Dreamweaver which she returned to a status of the trial. Yesterday I updated to Lightroom 5.7, which returned Lightroom to the status of trial as well. No one here knows why and how to fix.
But now I see that the Panel of apps in the application of CC desktop disappeared, all of the panel, not only the apps as others have described, which makes this application basically useless for me.
It's a matter of preference, or anything more complicated? How can I remedy to get back on the Panel of apps?
Thank you.
Interesting. In a desperate attempt, I found and deleted several folders OOBE (Out of Box Experience) on my Mac and backup HD, has revived the CC desktop application and everything is back to normal again. Just lost nearly 4 hours trying to solve this nuisance. Some people here suggested to rename or delete the oobe.db file, but that alone did not do.
Now, if someone could help me understand why the Dreamweaver update returns my application to the mode of trial and how to solve this problem, I would be grateful.

If you are using Windows 7, you can also try to launch Windows Media Player convenience stores on the library and check if it helps.
Convenience store open in Windows Media Player libraryMethod 3: How to prevent duplicateor entered invalid frombeing added to mylibrary during playback of music files?
When you move digital media files on your computer, the file name and file path information remain unchanged in your library. Then when you select a file to play to its new location, a new entry is created in your library if you select the option automatically added to your library when played. As a result, your library can quickly contain a large number of entries, duplicate or invalid.
To prevent it be automatically added to your library of music files
a. in Windows Media Player, on the Tools menu, click on Options.
b. on the Player tab, clear music to add to the library when played check box.
Now, when you play music on your computer or the Internet, the file will not be added automatically to your library. -

Windows Media Player has stopped working, as well as the sharing of multimedia files
My husband told me that he has always had difficulty to play the DVD on WMP. I discovered that it would not play because there was a problem with the audio. I couldn't find the solution to this problem. However, we were able to play, burn and rip CDs until what we downloaded Windows SP2 for Vista Home Basic (32 bit), two days ago. Since then, we have not been able to open the app, and the WMP network sharing Service. I tried to run the Setup program, but it is said that there is a newer version of WMP and it will not replace or repair. I wanted to see if I could find a solution to this problem without having to resort to reinstalling Vista or restore to an earlier point. I also noticed that when the WMP application has been updated July 15 to the new version below, there were times this video Web sites would not play and we would have to restart the computer so that we can read them. When I want to burn a CD in Windows Media Player, it shows "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem when burning the file to disk". What's wrong? How to fix?
I tried several times to remove the selection to burn and create a new a new but it keep "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem when burning the file to delivery" appears what should I do? What problem is it?Hello
1. what file format you are trying to burn?
2. have you made changes on the computer recently?
3. What is the security software installed on the computer?
If it's something you downloaded, it may be copy protected by DRM, in which case you may not burn it to a CD or DVD.
Here are a few things to try:
1. make sure that the disc is clean.
2. try a different brand of blank discs.
3. stop all other programs that are running.
4. make sure that the hard drive does not use disk compression.
I suggest that you follow these steps and check if they help to solve the problem.
Method 1:
Try to use the Troubleshoot utility to see if that solves the problem.
a. open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel.
(b) in the search box, type "convenience store" and then click Troubleshooting.
c. click on show all and then click the Windows Media Player settings.
Method 2:
Select a recording speed (write) more slow for the CD burner.
Change settings for burning a CD or DVD in Windows Media Player
Method 3:
If you have any third-party burning software, I suggest you temporarily Uninstall it and then try to burn the disc using Windows Media Player.
Note: Reinstall the software after the trial.
Method 4:
Temporarily disable all programs that could activate themselves, while burning is in progress, such as screensavers or anti-virus programs.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-softwareNote: Run the computer without antivirus software or firewall is a potential threat to the computer; Be sure to activate security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the problem.
I hope this helps.
