  I desperately need help... I have a photosmart 5520 printer all in one for more than a year, it is set up wireless with my laptop HP and up to today, it worked perfectly.   Problem 1: Unable to connect to the internet. I recently went to Disneyland for a 3 day trip, I drove there with my family and when I tried to connect to the wifi in hotels, I realized there was no internet connection on the list. Now I can't connect to my home wifi either.

  I just purchased and installed a wireless HP 8630 computer and installed on a desktop computer connected to my router as a network printer.  The computer recognizes the printer, like the network, but the computer cannot print to it.  I can ping the printer from the computer and you can see it as a device connected to the network web interface.  When I run HP diagnostics, it allows to print a test page and tells me that all is well.  When I try to print from Word, Outlook, web browser, or anything else the computer it just does not print.  I get no prompt or anything else.  It just says: 0 jobs on hold, then disappears.   I can print from a computer using Windows XP on the network.  I can also print from my ipad with airprint.  I can't just simply print to the Windows 7 computer.  I can copy and same scan, but can't print.

  I read that all the prior tries to fix the problem, but it remains pursists.   Windows 7 computer is 64-bit.  Netgear router N.  Everything is updated.    Any help is appreciated.

  The solution to my problem was install the 8630 driver and software, then driver update for the printer instead of the 8630 8600 driver.

  Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I understand you want to be able to use your HP LaserJet Pro colour M225 while she receives a fax.

  There is no setting or feature that you are missing. When a Fax is coming through, you cannot use the other features of the LaserJet printer.

  Even if you print a document, you would be unable to receive a fax or make a copy.

  One alternative may be scanning and sending larger documents then the LJ is not supported by a function for so long.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I believe that when you send a print job from your iPad to your color Laserjet 200 printer MFP M276nw, it does print ever.

  I have included the Apple Mobile Devices (AirPrint): Document Print or is stuck in the print queue document. I know that you are able to print from your iPhone, but please start with a Solution in the document. I have also included the document to print from an Apple device .
