I turn on my computer and connect to a single user and my computer does not allow me to select all the icons, but if I pass users and connect to another user at the same time, I can use my computer. I bought CS3 and LR2 nine from an apple store. I just moved to a new computer and it does not allow me to copy to my new without a product key. I started a conversation and they told me that I was out of money. $700.00 CS3 and LR $199.00. It seems of course after spending a lot of money with Adobe that it would be an easier way to take care of your customer than to spend another $900

    Help!

Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other.  If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation.  If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.

If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.

I doubt that they say anything about you being the money you spent, more likely, they say they provide is no longer support for older products and you conclude are you the money you've spent - this isn't something rare to hear - it is unfortunate, but are not uncommon.
