  • My computer has lost the password

    Hello Microsoft,

MU is called dogman_1234. Look, the administrator of my computer lost the password, not me. There is nothing that I modified the software on Vista. I've tried Safe Mode, I tried Password Recovery "Ophcrach" and the computer has no other user with administration rights. Please, tell me how can I recover the administrative privileges or even create new password for the administrator?

We are not allowed to answer this, then you should go to bestbuy or other computer store, and they can do it for you.

  • Received a warning to unidentified on the network computer. Under the status of the network looked up and saw a computer I don't know anything. What is - this and how?

Original title: computer not identified on the network

Received a warning to unidentified on the network computer. Under the status of the network looked up and saw a computer I know nothing on my network. What is - this and what that can do. ?

Implement the security of your network... How to do depends on details. If your network is at home on a wifi router, and then implement WPA2, which will prevent unauthorized as well as encryption of your data access.  Follow these steps on the router itself (once again the details depend on your situation.)

While I'd love to implement WPA2, WPA2 will not accept my network and I am limited to WPA.  My point is that if it is a wireless intrusion (we don't even know if it's wireless at this point), then the security settings on the router must first be discussed with the manufacturer ISP or router so that they are appropriate for devices and services and programs.

It could also be a USB transmitter attached to the computer.  It might be the malicious program or a problem with the firewall or a real hack of the computer through the firewall or caused by malicious software (even if you use cables or wireless).  It could be the entire network (but the number of computers which implies) or only this one computer.  It could also be a system service using the network and not really another computer in itself (in office what he says and where - some may be difficult to recognize and interpreted as another computer).  There are many possibilities.  We do not know what the warning generation program or what he says.  More information is needed.  I would also like to work on it - and it can follow to her new home.

From a windows update last Saturday, my computer has no opportunity to use mode 'sleep'.  It's just one of the many changes that have occurred since the update: display is distorted, screen saver does not work as it did previously, sleeping capacity mode disappeared, etc..  I am very frustrated.  I have nothing but turn off my computer to allow updates to day, then when I turned it back on, everything was different.  I tried to set each of these things, but have had no luck.  Any suggestions?

  • CC for desktop computer has lost the applications Panel. How to fix this?

I'm on a Mac (Yosemite) and a University wide subscription plan, and everything was fine until a couple of weeks a go. Problems began with a recent update to Dreamweaver which she returned to a status of the trial. Yesterday I updated to Lightroom 5.7, which returned Lightroom to the status of trial as well. No one here knows why and how to fix.

But now I see that the Panel of apps in the application of CC desktop disappeared, all of the panel, not only the apps as others have described, which makes this application basically useless for me.

It's a matter of preference, or anything more complicated? How can I remedy to get back on the Panel of apps?

    Thank you.

Interesting. In a desperate attempt, I found and deleted several folders OOBE (Out of Box Experience) on my Mac and backup HD, has revived the CC desktop application and everything is back to normal again. Just lost nearly 4 hours trying to solve this nuisance. Some people here suggested to rename or delete the oobe.db file, but that alone did not do.

Now, if someone could help me understand why the Dreamweaver update returns my application to the mode of trial and how to solve this problem, I would be grateful.

No, he's not slow down your computer. Maybe he's still there, but it
is not running. AVG, it turns off because it is duplicate that AVG made.

and personally I don't like Vista... and just discovered another reason why? So, since I'm NOT under the "Vista" operating system anymore and am running Windows 7, I would like to program Windows Defender removed.

With two versions of Windows, AVG will shut down Defender and the only
advantage of the deletion, it would be to save a small Mount of disk space.
And as a part of Windows, you cannot delete it.

  • Today, my computer has installed the updates of windows 7, but my internet has been lost. But the network is visible. What has caused this?

There are a few people with the same problem. Common action is to use restore the system to a point prior to the installation and disable automatic updates. Apparently, Microsoft knows about it.

    Hi Hunt72,

Can you ping the computer from computer B?

Can you start computer in Mode safe mode with networking and see if she can see computer B? If it still does not work, do the same with computer B.

Do you know how to use netmon to capture the activities of the network?  If so, download it and run it by trying to send files between computers, take note of all connections rejected or denied.
