I ran all the diagnostic tools I could find, including a group called UBCD, but received no notification of an error. These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.

  • 64-bit Windows 7 mouse freezes / stuttering several times per minute, when the network activity is high

    Hi all
I recently bought a new computer Packard Bell with a Windows 7 OEM who have a problem with the mouse and keyboard. I've been in contact with the manufacturer, but they are also confused that I have on this issue. After looking in many discussions about the problems of the mouse in windows 7, I found that there are many who have this problem but there is no consistency in the HW configuration, i.e. it seems more a problem with the OS.
I really like the machine and Windows 7, but I have a nagging issue with frequent 1-2 second freeze/stuttering of the mouse during the 'high' network activity (e.g. streaming a YouTube video). During my research, I met at least 4 people who who call network activity affect the behavior of the mouse.
Sometimes the keyboard or the mouse becomes completely insensitive and the system must be restarted. However, on these occasions, the rest of the system is not affected - for example Skype and other programs to continue to operate without glitch or lag.
To try to solve this problem, I did the following (with no effect on the problem):
-Updated all the drivers to the latest.
-J' tried different version of the mouse drivers (most recent running now).
-Tried different versions of the network driver (latest running now).
-Change keyboard and mouse to the PS2 came with the computer.
-Set the system to 'high performance '.
    -Changed for USB mouse
-J' tried various Bios settings 'mode of power/suspend' (proposed in solution in another thread)
One thing that has had a strange effect on the problem was:
-Seen the PS2 and USB mouse is touching one when the other freezes / stuttering will immediately resolve stuttering gel.
    I have studied/noted:
-There has never been a 'error box"popping up in Windows when this happens.
-In the event viewer I see warnings from "i8042prt" regarding (remember, thie is translated from Swedish :) 'The device sent an incorrect response, once the keyboard has been reset' (this is what I found, if you need more information please ask but provide what to look for and where)
My system has the following specifications:
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    Versions: 6.1.7600 build 7600
    Manufacturer: Packard Bell
    Computer model: ipower G3720
    Computer type: PC x 64

    Version SMBIOS 2.6
HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) Version = "6.1.7600.16385".
GB of physical memory (RAM) 6.00
In addition to the original equipment, I also installed a network card PCIe wireless D - Link DWA - 556 Xtreme N PCIe Desktop Adapter (using the latest drivers for windows 7 d-link)

    Hi Chris,

I might have a happy ending to this topic :)
I returned my old piece of system got another, it worked fine at first, but then the mouse began to stutter once again.

The system had only a few programs installed so I started to uninstall it to see if it changed anything.
    A program - Skype.

I never suspected that my friends use Windows 7 and Skype without any problem, although they could not use quadcore and 64-bit version.

My system is without stutters and glitches for a week, so I'm pretty sure that was the problem.
That Skype is a very wide spread of IM, it could apply to other institutions.

    Thanks for your help!

  • 64-bit Windows 7 mouse freezes / stuttering several times per minute

Found this post online by Googling my problem...

I recently bought a beautiful Alienware gaming platform, running on Windows 7 64 bit. Also, I experienced problems with my mouse, as a first step, I took no notice, but after a few months, start/stop stuttering hiccupping became very annoying. In fact, never 5 to 10 minutes, my cursor will freeze for about half a second, 2 to 3 times in a row. This becomes especially noticeable when playing first person shooter.

At first I thought it might be a problem with the mouse acceleration, so I've done everything I can to solve the problem. I use RAT 7 of the Mad Catz Cyborg, so I downloaded the software and drivers more recent and even ran an application published by Mad Catz which clears the mouse acceleration, but still the problem persisted.

I tried everything...  I did all the updates of Windows at this point, my mouse/graphics card drivers are updated to the latest, I ran several scans for spyware, adware, viruses, registry, I tried 2 different mouse... and I always get these random hiccups freezes while browsing or playing games. I ran the DPC latency checker and there is clearly something affecting it (whenever there is a hiccup, the bar fly upward into the red zone), but I can't pinpoint the problem at all (went in the Device Manager, off and on almost every program, no change).

It's a shame, but this problem with the mouse, it rolls. Anyone have any useful suggestions?

    Come on Microsoft, he meets!

    Hurez,

Have you tried this mouse on another system? Also, have you tried the mouse in safe mode?

    Hello

Because the keyboard is integrated in the casing of the laptop, just the vibration caused by typing can cause the touchpad the cursor or initiate a click, depending on sensitivity settings.

You must disable the touchpad when typing. Most modern laptops provide an option or a keyboard shortcut to get there.

Disable or enable the touchpad by using the access key. Dell:

I own a Presario SR1650NX XP desktop computer. The problem I have is tha twhen I move my cursor on a project I want to left click, for example Send or answer on an e-mail buttons, the slider hesitates for a good 3-4 seconds until the cursor icon will change and I am able to click on these selections. Also when I type something (as I am now) or on an e-mail, Facebook message, etc. There is a delay between the time I began to attach and the letters appear on the screen. They eventually seem to just pull the screen to catch up with the cursor and sometimes carry the first letter I was typing at the end of the sentence if she looks like this:

"It's never corrected sick? W "when it should be: ' will this be ever get fixed? '"

These things occur only when you work on Web browsers (name you the brand). It doesn't happen when I'm not working on MS Word or any other desktop application. I ran mutiple virus / malware scans and the PC is clean. I have run my registry booster, cleaned my cache, blah blah blah. Anyone know what this may be all and a quick way to fix it?

    Thank you very much!

It could be that something is running on your computer that is running at high CPU usage - if you start windows Task Manager (press Ctrl-alt-del) and look at the process / sort by CPU usage - it will show any piece of software/driver/windows service that runs to intensive use.  You can google the name of the file and see what it is.  If it is not a crucial process of windows, you might be able kill the process until you can find a way stop permanently.  I have found that sometimes the windows automatic update service can do this - disable this in the configuration/services Panel can work around it - but then you will need to manually perform updates at any time.

Not sure what this is - but its worth watching.   -dm (an employee of HP, but the comments are mine, not my employers).

Your time is compared to midnight? I guess that you reset once you pass at midnight? If so, you can use the time to get in second and the second time to get a cluster that you can easily take off:

  • Typical time a request for interruption takes between RT LV and LV FPGA.

Currently, I don't have the equipment to test it, and I was looking for some statistics calendar all the time it takes for a request for interruption to process between LV RT and FPGA LV (LV RT generate the interrupt request, waiting LV RT on ack, LV FPGA get query pause and LV FPGA ack, LV RT continue).  I know that the interrupt request has a priority higher loop timed on LV RT, and a concern for this issue, let me say that the FPGA LV does not what whatsoever between the receipt of the interrupt request and receipt.

You should maybe wait a little longer after Windows starts to give your security software enough time so that it starts well and initialize.

It is possible that your security (firewall, antivirus) software blocks or limit Firefox or the process of plugin-container without you inform, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.
