Did you of recent changes made to your computer installed as new hardware or software?

Did you install some registry cleaners? It can be a factor when Windows reports its not genuine, if you need to uninstall it.

What Antivirus utility do you use?

I 'TRIED TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE PRINTER, BUT WHEN REINSTALLING THE PRINTER ERROR MESSAGES KEEP POPPING UP.

What is the manufacturer, the brand and model of the printer?  Which version of Vista you are using (for example, 32-bit Vista Business SP2)?  This printer has already worked with this computer with this version of Vista installed?  You get EXACTLY are re-setup error messages (Word to Word and each of them), and when they occur?  How the printer is connected to the computer (LPT2 cable, ethernet cable, wireless, network, although the connection with another computer,...)?  The fact that the printer is not install is almost certainly the cause of the problem, you know what happens (or doesn't happen).

Simply it will not happen.  Microsoft is not going to put all the versions of Windows on a single disc and sell it cheaply because it would be a bad decision.  Microsoft is not in the business to be visionary or providing people with software at low prices, it's in the business of selling software and earn money.  If you purchased a computer and it did not come with a legitimate copy of Windows, several other people have posted links to information and services, you must get legal.

  • My computer says that my windows 7 is not genuine.

I bought a computer and it worked fine. Well now, it is said that Windows 7 is not genuine, it has Windows vista. Is it possible to get it back to that.

If you upgraded your hardware, it may have changed your hash table material to the point where it is no longer recognized. Was this the case?

  • Computer tells me that my windows 7 is not genuine. Cause a lot of problems on my laptop

A week ago, I received a letter when I turned on my laptop, my windows 7 was not authentic. Its worked fine for the last 2 months, but just decided that he no longer wants. My background is black and my laptop won't charge or update properly. He told me always to enter a different product code, or buy a new. I go to the official website of windows, and everything I find is the link to download windows 10, I strongly dislike.

Is this a virus? Or was the Windows I downloaded really fake? How can I fix it and make sure that I got the real thing?

There are some rootkits / malware that can cause this problem.

    Use free malwarebytes

Uncheck Activate the free track among the installation options

    https://www.Malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

    Then open free mbam

Go to top Scan / Custom scan / configure scanning

On the left column, select the check box to search for rootkits

On the Middle options check all ads / Partitions / disks connected... Then scan now on the bottom.

  • All of a sudden get the message saying my windows 7 is not genuine?

I bought this copy of Windows 7 Ultimate (updated version) nine on amazon. I used it to upgrade the windows 7 Home premium, which is installed with a new laptop. The laptop was purchased directly from Toshiba so I'm reasonable sure it is authentic. It was a little embarrassing turn on and had to be done by phone to Microsoft. He was well until the message no real work appeared two days ago. The diagnostic below report indicates what could be the problem? I still have the original 7 key ultimate disc and thus that domestic product premium oem version supplied with the laptop. I also found slui.exe does not, nor has the link change product key in the windows activation section. ???
