My continuous monitor to go blank a few seconds after turning on the computer. Change the power switch on the monitor eventually gets there after many attempts. I tried to reinstall the monitor, but it did not help. Any suggestions?

  If you are unable to start windows check to see if you can boot into safe mode.

  Remove all external devices such as printers and scanners connected to the computer and then try to start.

  As you mentioned you don't have a CD/DVD drive on the computer and you are not able to boot in any mode, there are only two options:

  a. you will need to connect external CD/DVD drive to the computer for further troubleshooting.

  b. you must contact the manufacturer of the computer.
