My creative cloud continues to load
I have a problem with my creative cloud application lately. It seems to keep loading (I only get the icon loading forever, nothing is loading properly in my cc-box) that I have no more problems with my programs cc so far, but it's just my creative cloud manager that is weird running.

Creative cloud continues to load
Years ago I tried to download the Adobe trial version, but I could not download any of the applications, because even if they have downloaded, an error pops up and it would automatically cancel, so I gave up and has never been able to use one of the applications.
I noticed recently that I had need of Adobe After Effects and Lightroom, so I tried to download again (I have a different laptop of at the time) now Cload Creative guard loading infinitely and does not stop, for this reason I can't download anything, and I was not able to use the trial (I made a new account in order to use the trial).
Have you actually installed Creative Cloud Desktop? If this isn't the case, you can get it from the link below. Then run CC Office sign-in and go to the applications tab. Then you should be able to start a 7 day trial for any application not already tried.
If CC Office does not start, try to uninstall and then download again.

Creative cloud does not load. I can see the icon in the menu bar, but when I click on it I only see the loading wheel. No applications will appear. My MAc system is a fresh update 10.9.3

I continue to receive messages that the creative cloud is unable to synchronize files with my local folder. The only thing that has changed since it was working yesterday is the creative cloud update installed today. He keeps creating new "Creative Cloud (unknown) Files" folders in the folder it's supposed to be synchronization of files with. I can't go to my projects because it is currently impossible to load the location of the synchronization. I need this fixed ASAP so I can get working on my project.
Creative application cloud seems helpful with 'Open the file' or 'View on the Web' buttons - but they don't do anything when I click on them. In preferences, I am told it is impossible to load the sync location and the "Contact customer support" does nothing when I click it.
What gives? I need to go to work
Customer support can be reached and it works again.
The Fix: Delete the Coresync folder and all Adobe processes in the Task Manager and restarted creative cloud.

If this does not work please try following steps depending on your operating system
Windows
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.
MAC
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud, sync Core, CC library, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

Updated MacBook Pro, now Creative cloud does not load
Recently I updated my Mac to the latest OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan. After updating, I randomly got 'failure of the plug-in' every now and then, sometimes while watching a video, it will just stop working.
I thought it would be that I had not put to update something in my adobe, so I went to my creative cloud to see if there were updates available.
The only problem is that whenever I open the creative cloud, she is just completely white. At first I thought maybe it was just slow or loading so I left it for a few minutes, but no matter how long I leave nothing changes.
A way to fix this problem, or the plug-in to crash?

First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Creative cloud will not load or even open...
Dearly beloved... I am very frustrated!
My CC app installs but everytime I click to open it, it just didn't. The only thing that happens is a greyed CC icon appears and then immediately disappears in the info panel high on my mac [beside where the date/wifi/bluetooth icons are].
I followed countless ideas of forum with no positive result...
• Uninstalled/reinstalled
• Delete the OOBE etc.
• Delete the file opm.db
• Restart
The CC app worked before the purchase of a subscription at first, but now I can't even download the program that I can't get the CC app even load. Please, please can someone give me a new direction to try.
