  I have the same problem as others here but not of the works of solutions for me. I want Lightroom and paid for it next year.

  It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed

  Here's what we did:

  Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)

  Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.

  Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

  This will fix the problem.

You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package.
