Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.

1 leave the creative Cloud Desktop application
2 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)
3. navigate to \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *. And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
4. search and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
5 / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)

Add the Manager does not load in FF11 - just says "Loading" for hours
With the help of FF11 on Win 7, the add-in Manager simply says loading forever. I'm unable to access my own addons to activate / deactivate them as appropriateI have tried:
(1) by clicking Extensions, Plugins, appearance, then return to add on
(2) starting in safe mode and reset the preferences of the user
(3) the site of the addon is in place and working and I can add new addons by accessing the address directly from my browser

I have fixed it - supported preferences with MozBackup (Favorites and passwords only), uninstalled firefox, reinstalled firefox and then restored my backup. I had to reinstall my extensions separately. Looks like my extensions in APPDATA has been corrupted (or something!)

as strange as it may seem I'm afraid it is a challenge for Creative tool Adobe cleaning of cloud.
Sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes the records facility for preliminary facilities of Cloud applications or Creative Suite creative. Sometimes, the "opm.db" file is the culprit. In this case, you must remove it.
