The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac.   I have several computers around the House than any print to the same printer.  I want to always available for printing without issue in the basement to activate it, but yet they want more economic mode.

  I understand that you are looking for some explanations between the Sleep and automatic shutdown of the Laserjet P1102W printer. I would be happy to offer you answers!

Standby essentially puts the printer in a State of very low power consumption, but the printer can be awakened from this State by sending a print job (meaning you don't have to go to the printer to remove it from that State).   I see that you have a problem with the printer l ' auto turn off and not turning it back on.

  You happen to have the printer power cable connected to a power strip/bar?  If so, please try to connect the printers power cable directly to a wall outlet.  Here is a document that explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  The printer in the document is a LaserJet printer but this document is intended for HP products in general and only use the LaserJet printers for example.

  I'll also include a document indicating when the HP printer will not be running or to respond when the power button is pressed.

  1. do I have some sort of corrupted file?

  2. If so, do I have to do?  I read here that maybe I should do a wipe, how can I do?

  3 What kind of worm or virus?  I say this because I live in the Venezuela and the unit started acting weird at a political event I attended, could my BB were attacked?

  About the battery drain:

  1 make sure that you do not have applications running in the background that are constantly send and receive data unnecessarily

  2. turn off your bluetooth when you are not using it for long periods of time

  3. If you are in a weak signal area (two bars or less) it tends to drain the battery in a meaningful way

  4 'reset' the battery meter by draining the phone at 15% and then recharged completely. This must be done on a regular basis just to make sure that the token is correct

  5 use the case to put the phone in standby mode (saves battery power) or manually put the phone in standby mode by pressing the mute. There is also an application called Autostandby that can do this automatically for you after x idle time

  6 lower the brightness of the screen and reduce the time before he died.
