  Since you already know the stock of Adobe is not available to the Brazil, but you can always transfer your unused Club Photo Dollar downloads and license of Adobe Stock resources with these downloads. Downloads not used, transferred to Adobe Stock will be valid for 1 year.

  I have a problem when I try to redeem the offer at $9.99 Dollar Photo Club and my unused credits. I read the FAQ. Please do not send me to that.   I complained to Adobe that having accepted their offer of 'migration' my account of the Club Photo Dollar I found that all my previous purchases, licensing, collections, etc had disappeared. They referred me to the FAQ of DPC, where it says that Adobe Stock 'migration' Dollar Photo Club is actually nothing of the sort, it's simply a transfer of unused credits. You get no warning of this in the process. DPC have now confirmed to me that 'migration' result in a deletion of your account DPC fatal auto. You lose everything. Thanks for that, Adobe.

  You get the offer as part of the process of "migration." Be warned, your account of Club Photo Dollar is irrevocably deleted during 'migration', your past purchases, licensing, collections, lights, etc. do NOT migrate. It is simply a transfer of credits.

  I used to be a member to Dollar Stock photo ([deleted] user name), and I finished my transfer April 14 and was happy to get the special scheme. I even downloaded a picture of Adobe stock within the last two weeks. However, there is today no trace of my account (removed). I select password assistance, but never receive an e-mail from reset, and there is nothing in my spam folders or in bulk.

  I had about a dozen credits left, and I hope that my account does not exist here. Because I made sure to transfer my account before the deadline to receive the price of $9.99 / month. Can someone help me?

  Please ensure that connect you to stock.adobe.com using the Adobe ID (email address) that you used when transfer you your CPD credits and signed up for the plan of Adobe Stock.  It is not a subscription under the ID you used to post on the forum, and we do not have an account for the email registered in your feed address in order to check what other email addresses you may have used.

  Hello.  I made the migration of credit and account earlier.  I had a good amount of remaining credit and image downloads I bought of the DPC.  I can't find the credits or my purchases anywhere on your site.  If I try to buy a new Adobe photo, he continues to try to force me to pay a subscription.  I don't want to pay for a subscription.  I already paid for my credits and want to use them.  Help, please.  Thank you!

  We have heard from customers who thought that the migration succeeded, but are able to connect their CPD account and the unused portion of the credit is still there.

• New Member - moved above the Dollar Photo - having problems

  Anyone else unhappy and unable to contact Adobe After being forced to move photo dollar? I used photo dollar for two and half of the year and never had any problems. I can't get one of these stock images to work with my adobe design suite - which seems ironic since — that it's adobe stock photo. I need my files in a format of esp and I can't take this. Super frustrating.  Does anyone else have this problem?
