  This is a bug or a really bad and frustrating idea for a story.

  (1) in the layers panel, select a text layer, it highlights

  2) change to the text tool

  3) click on the text element in the workspace

  OR

  (1) select a layer in the layers panel

  (2) Ctrl-J, new layer by copying

  EXPECTED: Panel layers rest in the same position

  REAL: Panel layers scrolls the element selected or new layer to the top of the Panel. BORING.

  I do not need or want Photoshop to make decisions for me, space to work around to move without asking, or generally to spoil my flow!

  Please fix this or give me an option to turn it off as soon as POSSIBLE.

  You should try to use windows live movie maker.

• CC in Photoshop are not not in "Programs and features" of Windows 8.1

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge Adobe Extension Manager CC and CC CC are not listed in the "Programs and features" section of control panel of Windows 8.1. Only Adobe Creative Cloud Manager is listed. I have to install Photoshop CC because the update failed with error U44M1P7 code. The support councils are to remove Photoshop and reinstall because I have no other options to solve this error of update.  Revo Uninstaller Pro and Ashampoo Uninstaller 5 also don't show the programs Adobe CC in its list of programs.   There is no option to create your own package.  The only application and package of photography is the way to go.

  Some manufacturers to put a frame of reference for the ppi in the exif data for the image - canon uses for example, 180 for some of their devices, but if there is nothing that PSE can understand, use 72 dpi by default. It is not really important. What is important is that you have enough pixels in the photo. Do not turn the resampling and you will keep the same number of pixels when you up the resolution, so you will get a good impression.
