my dvd player won't play DVDs, after installing a program of claender for photos.can that I make it work again?

has anyone ever did this too? I can't burn discs either or read music CDs...

Hello

·         What is the error code or error message you get when you try to play a CD/DVD?

Maybe it's a problem with certain settings in the registry for filters, I suggest that you download the Microsoft fix - it from the link below that resets upper and lower filters:

Your CD or DVD drive cannot read or write media

    Hello

ZIP files are compressed, so you need to unzip and then play the content if the
content is of type WMP files.

  • My music files have changed in WMA format in Windows Media Player, and now my MP3 player won't play them.

My music files have changed in wma format in windows media player, and now my mp3 player won't play them.  can anyone help please.

    original title: Media Player

Download and install WMA to MP3 Converter, then install it, you can get it here... http://www.WMA-MP3.org/

Then select all the WMA files you want to convert, and then convert them to the MP3 Format.
The reason why they are WMA is because when you ripped the files on the disc to your pc, by default, Windows Media Player is configured to save in the Windows Media Audio (WMA) Format.
This default can be changed by opening Media Player and click on Tools > Options
Then select the Rip music tab
Format: select MP3 from the drop-down list.
    Click apply and OK.
Now the next time you rip a CD on your drive hard it will be automatically saved as an MP3 file.

It seems that you did not actually transfer files... did you
check files on the jumpdrive to see if they would play?

Might be interesting to try another.

  • Photosmart 210 a: won't print black after installing new print heads

Hello, I bought and installed a new printhead. It will print color but not black.  They were all new cartridges when the print head went down.  the tools to say all the cartridges are full, please help.

    Hey there @LMACE!

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I see that your printer is not printing black once the print head had been replaced.  I would be more then happy to provide you with some suggestions that can make things work again.  The first thing I would suggest is to remove the cartridges and printheads the printer and manually clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and the printer.  It is possible ink sprayed on the copper contacts causing a bad connection, when the new print head has been installed.  If the printhead is not getting a good connection, you may notice messages on the printer error and poor print quality.

To clean manually the printhead in the B210a Photosmart click here: manually clean the print head

If please, after back and let me know how it goes!

  • After installing a program, the program on the start menu folder is empty.

After installing a program, the program on the start menu folder is empty. Here is my problem for the last 3 months, I got a problem with the installation of programs on my newest PC is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. After Installation the problem is that when I go to start and all programs folder menus and switch to this folder the last installed Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, the program shows as empty folder. I can't run anything in the menu start all programs. Other small programs that I installed, I was able to start the program to find the exe to start and worked with it by starting the program example start.exe start. When I start sqlservr.exe manually from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL server\MSSQL10_50.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\Binn it comes up with a black screen and a small window which I don't know that I do not get the appropriate permissions on the files it needs to run. C: Program Files and c: data files have corrupted permissions or other files are corrupt is there a way to reset these permissions back to their original condition or what else is happening here? • DVD player won't play a movie made with movie maker

I downloaded the movie maker and made the movie to mpeg and jpg saved on my computer to my Sony cybershot camera. He burned first to a DVD-R and nothing. So I saved a copy on my computer then burn a copy on a CD - R. Now, when I put the CD or the DVD-R in my Portable DVD player it must play fair? No, it's the 'bad disk '. When I put in another DVD player attached to my TV they return "not found no file supported" for CD - R and the 'bad disc' on the DVD-R. So neither my old portable DVD player or most recent DVD drive attached to the TV will play one of them.  I know the movies is on their as when I stick to the computer, Windows Media Player plays automatically. Even with the DVD-R. So, this is the DVD drive laptop who can not read or what I am doing wrong?

What you were doing only works if you play the CD or DVD on the SAME computer that the movie has been created.

It will NOT pay in another computer, it won't play in any DVD player.

What you need is to burn pictures on a DVD Maker, not a "movie maker".

    Issues related to the:

    1. what type of operating system are you using?

    2. in addition to the #1 question... Why did you have to 'download' a movie maker?

    3. If you want to burn a DVD movie (not), you'll need a DVD Maker, not a Movie Maker.

What you had described, the DVD movie you will play only on the same computer that created the film.

He will not play in another computer.
He won't play in any DVD player.

    For your information...

Vista has Windows Movie Maker included.  Creating Windows DVD is only available for Vista Ultimate and Vista Home Premium.

Windows 7 should install Windows Live Essentials, which provides programs of your choice, i.e. Windows live Movie Maker and Windows Live DVD Maker, among others.

I have Windows XP Home Sp 3 with all updates.

There are three computers in my house, all with the same OS.

We'll play videos and memories on TV with Windows Media Player slideshows, but others will not.  Who will play has been longer and maybe have a better codec.  Otherwise, I don't know why.

I prepare a thesis on slide TV show which will be sent to about 100 people.  It is the DVD-R format and will probably be played on DVD players for which there should be no compatibility issues.  Some will want to see on their computers, however, and this is where the problem arises.  I use mostly WinDVD, so I have no problem, but what do the people who have that WMP?

I don't understand why WMP should do by default.  Do I say to people who want to see the DVD on his computer?
