  I fear that we are not allowed to give informatrion what would we alloow to bypass an administrator password. If you don't remember the password, then you will need to re - install the operating system.

  My computer is windows xp home in Dutch. I end up with obsolete updates and programs brought the model back to the factory settings. Try to install the latest Microsoft Update tool, I was prompted to install XP Service 3, at least. Tried to do so, and was told to first install XP Service pack 2 first.   If you have the version of Windows 7 Ultimate, you have the Multilanguage functionality, you can use.  But it was only with the Ultimate version.  Otherwise, you will need to download the desired version and then reinstall Windows.  You can download the ISO files from

  http://www.mydigitallife.info/official-Windows-7-SP1-ISO-from-Digital-River/ and burn it to a DVD.  Be sure to obtain device drivers, you will need before you reinstall it.
