  Here you need to start your computer in safe mode and do a system restore.

  I can't get my MFP HP LaserJet M1319f all-in-One (Nr - CB536A) to install correctly.  I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 and the printer says that it is not compatible.  Whenever I put the disc in, and then click intall a message comes up saying "the installation software is not supported on this OS, or the system does not satisfy the minimum requirements for installing this software.  Please see the specifications of the product. "I tried to download drivers but it did not help, maybe I just didn't make the right one.  In any case, I could really use some help.

  My OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

  You are welcome. I've never used a PDF Creator, just a player. Is the program you have a creator of 32-bit? Maybe it's time to Google for a 64-bit.

  I don't know if I'm asking this correctly, I set up the new computer, (love it, windows7) follow-up inst to make recovery disks. System image backup, was this something that I should have done. (sys image, it shows on the D drive as uses Factory Image and it's a lot of GB) I have it on cd should I leave it on the D drive. If this is confusing I'm sorry, I know just enough (or I think) to get me in trouble. This is not an upgrade, it is a new computer with 7 installed - thank you JK

  If you created the recovery disks, then you need not the partition recovery hard disk more.  That being said, if you need to run a recovery, part of the hard drive is much faster than disk.  If you don't mind the extra time, you can go ahead and remove the hard disk from the recovery partition.

  If you still have access to the Recovery Manager, you can remove the recovery partition by following these steps:

  Keep in mind, it is strongly recommended that you create your recovery discs before you delete the recovery partition.

  1. Click Start
  2. Type "Recovery" in the start search field - select recovery manager
  3. Click on advanced options
  4. Select Delete the recovery partition on your hard disk to increase available disk space
  5. Click next

  I have a pc hp pavilion touch laptop 14, which has been having a defective hard disk that the operating system was not start and the system test indicated that the hard drive contained errors.
  
  I replaced the hard drive with a new one and before installing the hard drive I formatted with a win installation 8.1. I thought the laptop would just start normally to win8, but gave me a screen saying:

  boot device not found please install an operating system on drive hard drive (3f0)

  The hard drive is new and I did not not how its gives me this error!

  In addition, this laptop does not seem to boot from a cd to format!

  Hey BHK6,

  I found out what was wrong! It was so simple!

  I just need to make the boot inherited from the bios, like that he started directly from the hard drive and does not need of any software pre installed HP to start.
